MBM MBM98M FO0600 Manual Tabletop Paper Folder

We've had this machine for about 3 months now and it has been great. The assembly instructions that came with it were pretty poor but we managed to assemble it anyways. Note that it comes with some metal tabs for shipping protection that don't get used in the assembly. I kept trying to figure out where they go but eventually figured out, they don't go anywhere; they're just for shipping.From there though, it's been great. The seller had contacted us with an instructional video that was very helpful on how to use it properly. We've been following those instructions and it has worked well. It only jammed 1 time in the beginning when we were still learning how to use it but since then it has been great. It is a little strange that when the stack finishes folding, it can't differentiate between the stack finishing and it getting a jam but it hasn't slowed us down at all. It just displays a message that easily clears.Overall it saves us a ton of time from when we used to manually fold our invoices. We're folding around 500 pages a month with it so we're not super heavy users of it but it has worked well. I would recommend this machine to others.

It takes a while to learn how to use the paper tray settings. The instruction manual is not very clear. But, once you master it, things move along well despite the noise it makes.

When your office manager's first words are "now that's what I'm talkin' about" - you know it's good. I think she also said "a-freaking-mazing" and "I feel like it's Christmas". After battling an older folder for the past couple of years, we decided it was time for an upgrade. Watched the videos, selected the correct folder. The company even called to verify our choice so we'd be satisfied customers and had choosen the correct model for our needs!! We couldn't be happier. It's FAST and so far hasn't jammed at all. Would absolutely recommend.

Have 2 small Martin Yale folders - this unit is Waaaaay Better! Folder is fast and precise - paper edges perfectly aligned, sharp/flat fold - no need to flatten stacks with a brick! Absolutely LOVE the power run-out tray - just insert documents, set quantity (in 10-step increments, but best to do 20 or so at at time) - push start - collect neat output from tray - repeat, etc, etc.Only negative is that trays were a little tricky to install - tight pin clearances - had to angle/force a bit, but once they were in they were solidly aligned.

I've had this folder about 2 months. In this time it has only jammed on me one time and I think that was my fault. I had to play with the setting to get it to fold exactly. Spent probably 30 minutes making adjustments.It is only 2 months old so I can tell you more a year from now.I spent about 3 months looking at different folders on line and their reviews. This one came to the top as the best for the amount paid.

When we first setup, we kept getting an overload error message. The book was less than helpful, but with some playing around we managed to get it working. We had called tech support and got some tips for solving the issue should it present again in the future. That said, once it was setup and working, it worked efficiently, quietly (compared to our antique) and quickly.

Not to difficult to assemble. But after 1 day, paper kept on getting jammed. Easy to fix. BUT, then 3 and 4 papers started to get jammed and it was impossible to remove the papers.

awesome product once you figure out how to load the paper. the directions are not clear on how to load the paper so google the product and watch the how to videos. the trick is definitely loading the paper correctly. dont hesitate buy if you get back aches and shoulder blade cramps from folding statements.
