These are hole cutters, the plug is a bonus...
If you're looking for plug cutters you probably know what size plugs you want to produce, you probably don't care what size hole the plug cutter will make in your donor wood....These guys like to keep you on your toes by headlining that all important external diameter (without telling you its external) and revealing the internal diameter in some fine print buried in the description, perhaps I have only my self to blame.Cutters look pretty good other than being totally the wrong size.

Spend some more and get better quality.
The size I needed the most wasn’t able to cut through soft Red Deal cladding. Started to burn it. Terrible. A larger size seemed to be ok. Would avoid.

Plug cutter
Can be used freestyle in a hand drill but best used in a pillar drill.

Incorrect sizes
The wrong sizes stated on the description. External dimensions not internal which when advertising as plug cutter extreamlt unhelpful.
