Ameriwood Home Carson TV Stand for TVs up to 70", Black

Fairly easy to assemble. I actually misplaced the directions and the company sent me them in a email right away without hesitation. It took some time to put together; there's a lot of parts. It's not hard for someone who can do that kind of thing, but if putting together furniture isn't your strong suit then I'd maybe ask someone for help. It looks great and was exactly what I was expecting. It is pretty heavy but it's also very sturdy. It has a lot of shelves and two cabinets so there is a lot of room for displaying things and storing things. The person I gifted this to was thrilled and loved it.

Purchased as a replacement for a very old entertainment center. It is the perfect height and width for my 60” LED UHD TV. I have a fairly narrow family room and this is not much deeper than the legs on my TV. The shelves on the bottom and inside the cabinets are adjustable height. The middle bottom will even fit a receiver under the shelf. I chose not to use the middle shelf because I did not want to risk starving my receiver of air. The bowed design is very stylish and I love the silver powder coated accents. I was slightly disappointed when I discovered that the top middle and bottom levels are actually 6 separate pieces as opposed to 3 solid pieces. They do join solid with small brackets mounted underneath and are doweled. From a distance the seams are not visible. If you plan on putting a Nintendo Switch dock on the middle level I recommend using the middle location as opposed to the ends because the joining brackets interfere and could scratch the joy cons unless you slide it off center towards the end of the unit. Not a problem for an adult to remember but not kids. I put power strips in each cabinet and had to drill holes in the back for access. Seems to be standard issue with stands. I was able to easily tie cords together and obtain a nice clean look. Overall, I like this stand a lot and am very happy with the purchase.

After 4 hours to assemble this, it is sturdy & has great door hinges!! Instructions were easy to follow, just has lots of parts.My biggest complaint would be that it had several chips on the edges & easily chipped, which I had to touch up—not happy about that.Paint on top had what looks like a stripe on it too, but not super noticeable. However I actually had a reaction, including vomiting, from the smell from the press board.Regardless, it looks nice once I fixed the chips, but I suggest you plan for a lot of time to assemble.

It's good. A bit on the heavy side weighing 84lbs. Instructions are meh. It has you put screws and dowels in literally everything before assembling anything. That sounds smart but in reality it's so dumb because you can't stack the pieces anymore and they all have to be laid flat lest you want to scratch your furniture. So you need a fairly large clutter free area so assemble. Also when about 90% of it was complete the instructions have you rotate this thing weighing 84lbs TWICE 180 degrees for seemingly no reason to put another piece on... Didn't realize that until after I had done it.Took about 1.5 hours from unboxing to finish throwing every scrap away in the dump. Not bad. Got the 70inch for 110$ so it's good for the price.

Stylish, sleek and extremely easy to build, with a drink and a power screwdriver, with all pieces and parts laid out, the instructions manual was simple, once assembled it's a very sturdy stand that can fit up to 70inches. It arrived amazingly fast, one day shipping, I would recommend installing the door panels first, or just install their brackets early then add doors very easily. The cabinets have no holes in the rear, only center has rear opening(I'm gonna fix that) Customize it to your heart's desire.

I really like this stand. It looks really good in my living room. The only thing I didn't like is that 2 of the boards were cracked during shipping. I guess particle board isn't as durable while being shipped as real wood unfortunately...
