I think it maybe just scented oil. It does not shrink skin tags, nor dry them out, and for me they never fell off. To give its a fair shake I applied the oil 3 times, to various sizes of skin tags, over a week and it does nothing at all. Worst of all this company will not return the produce. I can't remember ever buying something on Amazon that I could not return if defective. Its a SCAM.
