At first i wasnt happy i could not get the bowl out but a little oil or wd 40 did the trick im so happy with the product my hands are not very strong i was worried knobs and dials would be hard but very easy its quiet as well comes in a lot of colours to match suroundings for a disabled lady like me mash potatoes not problem a good machine i use my imagination i feel alive againAnd hopefully my baby outlives me

I purchased this on discount, it wasn't cheap but it also wasn't expensive. The build quality is incredible, it is extremely heavy and feels like it will last you a lifetime.So far I've used it for baking, making pizza dough, grinding meat and making sausages. It has handled everything perfectly.

Quite a small machine but works beautifully. Does everything expected of it.

The media could not be loaded. Disaster of a purchase. Unit was to have 3 scratches. Fine. But instead arrived with a broken plug. I contacted amazon they offered 20% refund to cover repair.. they asked me was the unit otherwise OK to which I said I can't say as I can't plug it in.When I plugged it in the beater started beating off bowl as per video. So much so you can't use it.Head on unit bobbing up and down constantly. Unit is also completely unstable.This has to be a unit that was returned to amazon and just reboxed not even repaired to a proper working standard.When I reached out to amazon they offered no replacement but refund upon return minus the partial refund that I had already paid out to have plug repaired as it was a sealed plug unit on mixer.Awful product. Awful customer service. I really couldn't afford to be this out of pocket.Buyer beware go to an electronics dealer or somewhere with proper comeback

Best mixer I have ever had, cakes are amazing, the accompanying slicer is so handy. Might be expensive compared to most other mixers in the market but worth it.

Excellent item. Used for mostly mixing and it gets all the bowl contents and mixes them well. Good price. Need to buy the mat to make it more easy to move around as it is heavy. But that's it for me. I love it

Heavy machine but lovely clean lines, no flour or sugar traps, so very easy to wipe down after use. The instructions booklet is easy to use and fitting the attachments, changing beaters etc is quick and easy. I wish I’d bought one years ago.
