Pauwels Kwak, Belgian beer glass with wooden stand, 25 cl

Perfect reminder of drinking Kwak on holiday in Belgium. The glass was a little stiff coming out of the narrow opening in the wooden holder but seems to have eased off after a few uses, allowing the glass to lift out without holding the down the wooden holder.

Can't help but feel a little disappointed with the quality of the stands. Both stands were delivered in pieces. The tops had come away from the base when in transit. After inspection, there was only a small amount of glue applied.Seller wasn't surprised when contacted, no offer to replace. Was told to apply more adhesive, which is exactly what I did.But should this of been the case?Asking £30 for two glasses/stands only for me to repair it is a bit cheeky.

Lovely item, just like the ones from 'the beer wall' in brugges. When we cant go to the origin this is a close 2nd.

A prompt and we'll packaged delivery from Amazon, can't fault them. Having read some of the previous reviews by customers, in which some weren't entirely satisfied, i on the other hand was, can't fault them. They were bought as Christmas gifts, and the two friends who received them, we're well pleased.

I bought this as an 18th birthday present for my son and he loves it. Quality is good and it performs well.
