Well built, lacks a little in the torque side of things
Well built, typical build quality from Dewalt. Good blade in it, but can suffer from regular cut out if you let the wood you are cutting pinch the blade. Lack of torque is probably causing this.

Rubbish
The plastic dust guide is useless. It has a big square hole, before the hole where you connect it to a dust extractor. The side guide rail is too small. The plastic guard lever is on the right side of my right hand which is bad cuz sometimes it gets caught in the material you're cutting. I can't see the blade where it cuts. It can't be for a left hand person cuz the front handle is on the left. 🤷

A fantastic tool hands down
I am a tradesman using tools every day so I quickly get a good feel for if a tool is dependable and ergonomic.I have yet to fault this saw and it is head and shoulders above others I have used.- power is indistinguishable from a corded saw- it's a full size framing saw that will cut 2x4 treated timber like hot butter- relatively lightweight- Beautiful build. It's lovely to hold and wants to stick to your hand.If there is one small point it's the runtime on the 6ah battery. Get two as this does drain the juice very quickly.I think that if you're a tradesman you will love it. If you are a diyer it will blow you away.
