Rock-Solid Ride!
The media could not be loaded. I bought this cycle about 8 months ago, so I’ve had time to assess the real value of this purchase. This cycle is heavy!! Assembly is only made difficult because of its weight. But its weight is what really insures its stability while in use. Let’s just say that I’m over 225 lbs., & 6 ft. tall, and at age 63, have a history of compromised knee health. So the weight rating and stability were critical factors in the selection process. This thing is rock solid, even at cadences over 100 rpm. It’s amazingly quiet, still after 8 mos., and I really appreciate the magnetic resistance feature which significantly adds to the quietness of the ride. The seat is surprisingly comfortable, even for someone my size, and the height adjustment for the seat and handlebar, once set, LOCK in place. I keep an iPad on the included holder and watch YouTube cycling videos during workouts. The computer attaches at a location on the handlebar that is easily visible, and displays the settings large enough see clearly: rpm/mph, time duration, accumulated miles, calories, and pulse. The pulse tracker uses an elastic chest strap with battery operated monitor that Bluetooths your pulse to the computer. I’d have much preferred something like a wrist monitor, as the chest strap is awkward, but it may be more accurate than any alternative—I don’t know. The battery on the pulse monitor is a generic disc size and changes out simply enough. The computer battery is a different story. It requires an Allen wrench to access the back mount, in order to get to the battery compartment. It changes out, though (from disassembly to battery change-out, to reassembly), in 3-4 minutes. With regular use, fortunately, that only has to be done about every 3-4 mos. This has been a great choice for my fitness routine, and for someone of my size and age. You can spend a lot less and compromise stability, and you can spend a lot more for more “bells & whistles,” but this cycle is the real deal, and will hold up to the most rigid fitness routine, and should hold its value well for months/yrs. to come!

Do Not Purchase This Bike
The Sunny Asuna has a design flaw. The end of the resistance cable (where it attaches to the resistance knob) is too weak and will fray which will lead to it breaking. When my bike arrived, the end of the cable was already frayed and disconnected from the resistance knob. This meant that the bike had no adjustable resistance, or the emergency stop feature.I called Sunny customer service and they were aware of the design flaw but said that there was not a fix available for the bike and that I could be sent a new one. They said that new models of the bike come will a thicker cable for more rigidity. I asked customer service how I would know that the bike I would be receiving would be one of the newer models. They could not assure me that I would get one of the new models. (Why would they not pull their known defected models from warehouses?)After speaking with customer service multiple times, I was able to persuade them into sending me all the necessary pieces to change out the entire resistance system myself, as the thicker cable would not be able to fit in the end pieces that are on my current bike. They “spoke” with their management team and assured me that I would get an email with the tracking number the day the repair package was sent……. Two weeks later, I call customer service again and they still have not collected the parts that I would need to repair my bike. (Why would they not have a retrofit kit available for the old models?) This is putting me in a bind because I have a thirty day return window and I was already three weeks in.As much as the bike looks amazing, feels sturdy, and looks to be made of quality material, it is a shame that such a small engineering mistake and lack of an appropriate response is why I will be giving this bike a 1 out of 5 (I would give a 0 out of 5, if Amazon would let me). The customer service reps were very nice and respectful, but at the end of the day, it was all talk and no action. For a company to take a good amount of money from the customer, and then give them a product that they know has a flaw is absolutely bogus.

Excellent!!
Excellent bike.Excellent packaging.Very happy with it.UPDATE:After 5 months of regular use - EXCELLENT BIKE !!!Put on almost 1000 miles on it, and it's built like a tank. It's getting me through this horrible isolation period. It's smooth, noiseless, stable, and I can use any free on-line class it I want to.The magnetic resistance is perfect for using as little or as much resistance as you need. It really has the feel of a road bike. The pedals, saddle and any other adjustable components are very good and very strong.Only negative thing is that the computer it comes with is really cheap. Yes, CHEAP, especially compared to the quality of this bike. It stopped working after about 2 months - maybe because it's NOT water-proof as advertised.Although I did not buy this bike for it's computer - it would be nice to have a working one.I'll keep my 5-star rating though because this bike it just too good to give it a lesser rating.

Bon achat
Pros: le vélo est robuste, l'assemblage facile, aucun bruit jusqu’à date. Cons: le coussin n'est pas confortable du tout.
