Comfortable and sound is great!

No complaints other than I have weird earholes and they don't like to stay in my ears. I got a cord thingy so I don't lose them. Sound quality is top notch. Noise canceling is awesome. I wore then for 2 transatlantic flights and could hear my music clearly, and even when I didn't have music playing, the noise canceling still worked to dampen out the jet engine noises. Well worth the money. They also charge quite quickly with the case.

Easy to use. Great price. Can use all day on one charge i charge when I'm sleeping so that works. . Comfortable in my ear. Works good with samsunb phone.

Wow I have never been so disappointed and it's exactly the opposite of the way I felt last time I purchased these earbuds. The right earbud works great, but the left one is noticeably, and I mean, very noticeably muffled and not nearly as loud volume wise to the point where I can't hear anything in the left unless last the right one is so loud my ear is ringing.. now, unfortunately, I'm not made of money and I needed these for a certain date, they were already late in arriving and are also, defective in such a way that it's not possible It happened during shipping, which means they didn't bother to test them before they decided to go ahead and sell them.. so they were late in arriving. I get it now if I start a return. I'm told dad.It will take 3 days after they receive them to even process a refund, forget about the 3 days. It will take for them to get there... That's 6 days do far assuming everything goes exactly as it should... fat chance.. once they issue the refund, it won't be instant. So who knows how long I'll have to wait for that credit to hit my account... then I'll have to order new ones and wait for them.. seems like if everything goes perfectly, the whole process would take about 16 days and unfortunately, I needed these four something.I'm doing on my birthday 8/27 🎂 so there's no chance at all, even though I spent the money that I will have what i'm supposed to when i'm supposed to. They were defective when you put them in the box. You should have tested them better or at all. Thanks for screwing up my plans and making my birthday.So special..

I absolutely love these! Great quality and love that you can adjust the sound settings and noise cancellation with the Samsung App. I recommend setting these up where you can get notified if left behind. I lost mine but will definitely buy again.

Worst buds pro ever bought, sound quality is bad and right side bud barely works . Should have bought from the Samsung website. Don’t go for the deal.
