I was recommended this foam from a podiatrist, for a small area on top of my my foot which a new leather shoe had rubbed the skin nearly to the bone.Just cut to size, peel back the backing & stick securely to foot. A dense, but extremely soft cushion. Very comfortable & effective.

Got these for my husband to relieve the pain he gets from his feet. Tried the 7mm before but the 10mm is much better.

I benefit greatly from the 10mm padding as it makes any pressure on the sole of my foot not only bearable but comfortable.
