These insulated pouches are an ideal way of keeping a lunch 'hot' for several hours.The internal working dimensions are 8.5" long, 6" wide and 3" deep.Insulated on the inside by a heavy duty metallic liner backed with foam, they're wipe clean.The outer is a strongly made black nylon casing, with a good zip that opens up on three sides, together with a strong, well stitched carrying handle which sits flat to the bag.These lunch bags are big enough to hold a large Cornish Pasty (such as a large Ginsters) wrapped in a hot, foiled takeaway baggie or a plastic lidded 'takeaway' container full of food.They're also generous enough for a good portion of hot ribs, or half a chicken, wrapped, plus 'wipes.'For cold food, they're roomy enough for a couple of filled rolls, or a large french 'Baton' filled and cut in half.It's nice to be able to find a good, insulated lunch bag that doesn't take up a lot of room, is really well made and isn't covered in lurid colours or dancing teddies to embarrass a grown up.

I use these as storage compartments inside my bicycle panniers. They look and feel well made. The zippers are very smooth.As far as lunch boxes [or dinner as we say around here], they are quite small. They don't fit much more than a sandwich, packed of crisps and a fizzy drink. But, they are nice and compact and may be useful for enforcing sensible portion sizes.

This is just the right size to hold a yumbox or a lunchbots bento and I have been searching for one that size - also enough room for an icepack - just what I wanted

Bought this for my son who just started College. As you can see fits sandwiches, crisps, chocolate snack and a drink just perfectly! its such good quality I shall be definitely buying one for my hubby! love it... best sandwich bag I've bought for both my kids and my hubby.

Nice insulated lining but size is a little small for my salad pot from sistema. It will only hold a thin sandwich box and some fruit so this bag will go to the kids as they like sandwiches for school and the compact size will fit nicely into their school bag.

Fits into my workbag and holds a sandwich and chopped fruit nicely. If you have a big appetite it won't be big enough!!! I bought it specifically for its dimensions as I didn't want to carry a separate cool bag.

Very pleased with these. My son who's 10 years old didn't want character lunch bag any more, so this was the perfect alternative!Size great - holds 330ml systema bottle of water, sandwich and choccy bar. Quite snuggly, but all the same it is perfect.

Perfect size, big enough for my sandwich, fruit and crisps. But still fits in my backpack. I use it every day.
