These work! Only been using them for 3 weeks or so and noticed an improvement in a week. I was overheating for what felt like 24 hours a day, to the point I had no choice but to carry a mini fan with me at all times. Came off HRT because of hot flushes these are brilliant 👏 noticed the difference with the 1st week. Few mild girly cramps but I can deal with that. These are definitely worth a try 😉👍

My wife suffers terribly from serious hot flushes, even though 59, still going through the dreaded menopause, tried quite a few prescribed but didn't work & side effects. Like most medications, they have to be built up in the human body system over a.period of time before they work/make a difference. My wife has been taking them now for just over three months, really are helping with the huge hot flushes disappearing.... 10/10 ATM

I was recommended these for peri hot flushes but they didn’t work for me.

Works great. I combine this with black cohosh evening primrose oil and a multi vitamin. It has eliminated all symptoms of hot flashes sleepless nights and heat. It is made of sage and sage prevents excess sweating in perimenopause. It works and I am so happy I discovered this. Thanks

These did not work or help at all ..very disappointed

I have been using these sage tablets since summer. After experiencing debilitating hot flashes multiple times a day despite being on estrogen/progesterone I was desperate for some relief so began reading about natural supplements. I decided to try these tablets as my first option and have not needed to try anything else. I have found that daily use is essential. It is also necessary to be patient as the tablets work slowly but steadily.. I am free of night sweats and typically have hot flashes only after I’ve been exercising hard or it’s extremely hot and humid, but they are shorter and less disabling. What a godsend to have these tablets to support me in perimenopause. I have not noticed side effects.
