Causes abdominal pain.
I got awful, unbearable abdominal cramps after 2 weeks of taking these. I was trying to figure out what was causing the pain, so I cut these out and it stopped.However, they did to some extent work. I wasn't hungry a lot, but I'd take hunger cramps over that pain any day. Felt like bloating and stabbing/twisting pain.
