Morphy Richards 975075 Kitchen Utensils Set, Accents Range, Kitchen Gadget Set, Stainless Steel, Copper, 4-Piece,12.5 x 12.5 x 27.3 cm

I was fairly skeptical when purchasing this product given the mixed reviews, mostly negative.However, i decided to take the plunge as everything else i seemed to be buying was also black and from Morphy Richards, therefore i felt like i wanted the set.I use items from this set on a daily basis and have yet to encounter a problem. One could argue that purchasing some of these units separately could be more expensive, or a lot cheaper.. depending on quality, however i wanted something i could put on the side in the kitchen and grab when i required.The Cheese Grater is excellent, and does exactly what you can expect it to do, along with the can opener, pizza cutter and peeler.I have used all countless times now over three months and not had one single issue. The products themselves still look brand new. No rusting, no chipping and no peeling away of any of the logos or plastic.I am skeptical however as to how other people wash their utensils. It appears we are now in a society of people 100% reliant on Dishwasher and blame every manufacturer other than themselves when the product can not sustain that heat for so long.I do not own a dishwasher, and i wash all of these utensils in very high temperate water and anti bacterial soap, and as a result i have suffered no rusting or damage to the product. I suspect other reviewers who have experienced those issues are using a dishwasher or have somehow received poorly made versions. So my advise, as with all these types of metal products, hand wash and they should be fine.I have given it a four star and will possibly update after more time with the product.

Loved the design of these for my modern, cream kitchen.Unfortunately, despite washing by hand in warm soapy water, a couple of the more used items are peeling and look so unsightly. Rather than the cream I wanted, I have scraggly bits of peeling cream with silver showing through. They are too large to store in my drawer, so I have no option but to have them on display.I assume heat from cooking is affecting them but, if not for using in the kitchen, where else would you use them?

I purchased this lovely gadget set as it was a excellent brand name and had my previous gadget set for years so time to replace, the tin opener does not work, the grater is ok but could be better, the bottle opener is the only thing of any use which actually works and the pizza slicer is absolutely useless, now standing in my kitchen as a set which is useless, I would not receommend or purchase anymore of these

The item that lets this set down is the can opener. It is one of the worst I’ve ever used to the point I threw it away because it became too dangerous to use. It worked about 3 times then wouldn’t grip onto cans very well and when it did it cut the cans so poorly that it left jagged edges. The handles of every utensil fill up with water and aren’t sealed properly. Terrible terrible design, expected more from Morphy Richards to be honest.

I wanted something nice for my new kitchen and so far I am dissapointed by every item i bought from morphy richards and defo regret wasting my money, the peeler does not peel at all!the can opener does not work again pure crap and i am furios because now i need to buy all new stuff because none of the morphy richards can be used very poor quality and hell ofa lot of money i do not recommend this at all

I bought this to match the other Morphy Richards Kitchen accessories in my kitchen.I mainly got it for the can opener which looks good on the photos but after opening about 5 cans with a great deal of struggling it packed up all together. I wouldn't bother with gadget set! I would buy a can opener from the pound shop, it works a lot better! that's what I did.

Nice piece, however only negative I could give is that the tin opener takes up two spaces on the hanger, it can be awkward to remove if the loops are across two of the hangers.I have opted to only hang it by one side and makes it significantly easier, hung one of my detatchable pan handles from the now spare and you wouldn't notice it isn't meant to be there.

Unlike the M.R. other utensil set where its not tall enough and the utensils scrape on the work top, this one is excellent quality. Looks nice
