am new to your product how should i start for natural hair

Great for newly naturals but only if you've done the big chop and don't have a mixture of perm and natural texture. If you are slowly cutting the permed hair, try Carol's Daughter Transitioning Kit or Shea Moisture Transiining Kit at Walgreens, Target & Sallie Beauty Supply. Watch u-tube videos on DIY conditioners and product reviews. Be prayerful and patient.

Smells fantastic, but don't get it in your eyes

As with all knotty boy products a bit pricey, but as I only wash my dreds once a week, I don't mind paying a bit more. It smells so minty and full of essential oils, but by God it hurts if it gets in your eyes. I know all shampoos do but this is v strong. I love it though because I gets rid of the itchiness and my dreds feel v clean afterwards. It is nice and foamy and has lasted a while.

This bottle of shampoo is a bit expensive, but it has lasted a long while for me. Can't really say if it's any better than other shampoos I've tried though. The smell is a bit strong for me as it makes my eyes sting.

Wonderful shampoo

Thankyou to Web Direct for my Knotty Boy Liquid Dread Shampoo, lovely product. I have actually removed my dreads after 2 years but im still going to use this product as it is very natural and good for my hair.

Good product. Really softens the hair. A bit expensive though, but it is the only way to get it in the UK it seems.

Even better than the bar version

It smells much more minty than the dreadlock bar which I like, and your scalp feels so fresh. Dreadlocks feel clean and soft and my boyfriend whose dreads are only a month old loves it too.

Not a particularly nice smell, but does feel refreshing on your scalp. Also very expensive for what it is.
