Paper Mario Sticker Star (Nintendo 3DS)

I have always liked the Paper Mario series, they are probably the second best mario games second only to the Mario Kart series. After Mario paper for the wii I was expecting something special for Paper Mario although it did not quite live up to its predecessor which is understandable as it is on a handheld console.Overall, I really enjoyed this game, it really made you think sometimes although sometimes it was rather annoying. Fighting enemies is a turn based system which worked well in this game although the variety of different moves was lacking. I would have liked to have seen more but it was sufficient.If you are a fan of the Mario Paper series, I definitely recommend this thoroughly enjoyable game, maybe it isn't as good as the others but it is definitely a good addition to your 3DS Library.

This game is great to look at and has good gameplay. A couple of downsides are that it gets a bit tedious fighting the battles for not much gain, you end up trying to run after a while. Also, I have had to resort to looking at walkthroughs to get through some levels as the location of stickers, secret areas etc. can be a little hard to find by just mooching around. The humour in the story and the graphics are outstanding though.

This is a slightly different Paper Mario title as there is no experience points or leveling in this game. It took a while for me to get used to the sticker system. This did feel quite monotonous at first. Then once all the rare stickers come into play, the game really opens up.The game has great humor from Mario which is expected. It is actually long too. I am actually on Bowser right now :pAny Paper Mario fan should try this out and should enjoy it.The only thing is that i prefer experience and leveling up.Fun Paper Mario game though.

The only reason I gave this 3 Stars is due to the change in the Gameplay.The game itself is excellent, but the challenge isn't there for veteran Paper Mario fans. This game is more akin for Children who have never played any of the games.Paper Mario fans, it's best you take the game as a different direction, otherwise you will be disappointed. Otherwise, the game can be a joy to play if you like a different perspective.

I love every Mario game, no matter how good or bad is it. Paper Mario: Sticker Star is great title. Great 3D effect suits perfectly to 'paperized world'. Gameplay is addictive and enjoyable. I whish there was more RPG elements in this title. I recomend that title for every Mario fan, and anyone who like RPG-like play style with lot of humor and beautiful music

Never played the older Paper Mario games, but i found this to be very addictive and easy going. Some puzzles are hard, having a guide with some key tips might help making some parts of the game less frustrating.
