Picked this up along the same time as my Guitar as I wanted to learn both in Parallel since they use the majority of the same equipment.I've been playing for a month now and I've learned a lot of fun riffs to play. I've never owned a bass before but this is what the experience I have had - the neck is heavy, but body is light. It feels solid and not fragile/tacky. I haven't noticed any scratches on the pickboard or the body. The knobs are easy to turn and not stiff etc.After 1 week in, the tuning has remained pretty reliable after storing it away for a day or two.One thing to note, my Bass' "Action" (The string height from the fretboard) was quite high, so I lowered it with the included alan keys. I assume this was deliberately done to prevent any wear with the strings pressing/rubbing against the fretboard when being sent out.The tone from this seems good to my ears (especially with the pedal I already own) but I'm sure it wouldn't be adequate if you get this for someone who has been playing bass for a while.All in all, for 90 quid I'm happy, I've got spare picks, a neckband and a 1/4 jack cable which is probably worth £15-20 already.

This is the lightest bass guitar I have ever played.....but it is very well constructed, with quality parts, stays in tune and plays very well after a A string adjustment due to frett buzz, all the tools are included....a great starter bass guitar and one that would especially suit girls...very much recommended.

I got this for recording bass in my home studio. It is a good entry level bass guitar and does the job but not much more - if all you need the bass noise then go for it.I wouldn't recommend getting this just for the bag and strap because the quality of them is pretty awful.Overall it is great for casual home use! :)

Our guitar mad teen has loved it so far. No issues at all, great value.

For my standard of playing this bass is ok. Compared to my last one it's So light and sounds well.

The guitar case provided with it is way too small the the ends of the frets at sharp and need ‘stoning’
