Although I had some minor problems setting it up, I contacted the seller and found them very helpful and was soon up and running. I also had a problem with the suction pad not adhering to the windscreen. They are sending out a replacement part. If you have similar problems please give the selling the opportunity to resolve any issues before sending it back. The product works very well and I am well pleased with it.

The holder for the SatNav is very flimsy and broke within a week, and the suction pad is not good enough to hold the SatNave on the windscreen. The Sat Nav stopped working after only a month and had to be reset according to the instructions, and on doing this would not work at all. No obvious way of entering a postcode. Instruction booklet is not great either. Spend the extra money and get a decent one as this one is not worth buying.

Instructions are useless, obviously translated from Chinese. Trying to update it is a nightmare, have spent hours trying to do it and it just isn't happening. No instructions on how to update given, just the web address.

This product is not very good. It doesn’t stick my to paces properly so it will fall off after a while. The touch screen is also very hard to use.

I had problems with it initially, mainly because the instruction booklet isn’t clear or very helpful. However, through trial and error, I have now got it to work very well. I’m currently working in a strange city, and it is a godsend. I’d be lost without it. An important tip: always turn it right off when you finish your journey. If you leave it on and then try to plot a new journey, it won’t work. I feel it’s a good little piece of kit, and good value for the money.

Didn't work,,,, all the functions were there but it wouldn't access the maps. Really short return policy, and this was a gift that the recipient didn't use straightaway, so had trouble getting a refund after 2 months.

Fantastic value gives clear directions in plenty of time and simple to use.Just as good as the more expensive sat navs
