Fine case, mild flaws but great value
I've had this case for some time now and thought I'd give it that time until reviewing it.I will break the review down to the following elements:Build quality, tidiness, airflow, volume, temperatures and features.Build quality: Definitely a weak spot this. It's pretty flimsy steel and while it looks nice, it doesn't feel it. The metal construction is quite cheap feeling, very light, and you won't particularly appreciate its infrastructure at all. The HD bay is especially dreadful and I had to use blu tac to dampen its vibration against the chassis. Not great.Tidiness: Excellent. It gives lots of space to keep things well spaced, cables neatly going behind the motherboard, and acres of room for your PSU and its spider legs. Space on rear of mobo for two SSDs which keeps them nicely out the way and in general the thing looks well organised. Nicely designed.Airflow: with two 140s and one 120 extract, while the HD bay is in front of one of the blowers, the airflow is good here. There's enough and if you want more make sure you've got PWM going. Mine are mostly at 1000RPM but I have the headroom to go up to 1500 if I want. The roof is a slight issue - there's a good spacious grille for your rads (I have two there) but there's a magnetic mesh which makes it look better, and sound slightly better, but at a cost of reducing the exhaust airflow. It's a balancing act.Volume: average. My hardware is generally pretty quiet but this case is simply not build for sound dampening. It's 90 quid after all, but nevertheless the complete lack of sound proofing is a bit poor. The mesh helps here too, does kill some of the excess but still it's not ideal as a solution.Temperatures: Good. My CPU (4790K) idles at 30C and under 100% load it's 70C or so. Temps elsewhere are good too - 1080Ti (OC at 2GHz)) with its waterblock maxes out at absolute peak of 60C. Winter helps with that. General temps as reported are good too. Thumbs up here.Features: Can't really argue - plenty of space for fans and rads, nicely organised cable spacing and placement. The flaw is that poor HD bay but it's easily modded.Overall for the money, it's a five out of five for me.

Fantastic spacious case, super quiet.(450D Windowed)
I bought the Windowed 450D. This case is absolutely fantastic .It has three removable filters for keeping dust out of your PC (Top bottom and front). Have used this for a month now and still very very little dust has made it inside my PC. All filters are easy to remove and clean off and also look incredible whilst attached. Comes stock with three fans, Two front and One at the back with room for more if needed. It needs mentioned that this PC is exceedingly quiet. The fans run at full speed keeping my PC cool at all times and almost can't be heard. I was extremely impressed at how quiet this runs. The cable management system is very handy since the case is windowed. My PC is neat and tidy and a joy to look at (Whack some LEDs in there). There is simply so much room to make this a really high end PC considering the case itself is probably only a medium sized case. It can fit the Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO (just) if that's the cooler you're going for.Ultimately this case is fantastic and I couldn't ask for more from it.

Great case but it's not aluminium and has a few foibles
I bought this case to replace my trusty, all aluminium Lian Li PC-7, which sadly can no longer keep my hardware cool enough without me butchering it as it only has three fan slots. The not so good bits first. First, the description is incorrect in saying this case is aluminium. Only the front panel is aluminium and even then it's just a thin sheet over a plastic cover. The rest of the case is steel. Second, if you use the 5.25" slots the covers come away as one piece and your drive sits recessed instead of flush with the front of the case. Looks a bit naff and spoils the look. Third the HDD/SSD drive cage feels quite flimsy and flaps about as it's not secured at the top. This feels like a bit of an afterthought. Finally, the 3.5" drive slots are a little fiddly to fit 3.5" HDDs. Each caddy has four pins to locate the drive but you fear that you will break them as you flex the sides apart to fit the drive. I'd take two pins out from one side and use screws. Similarly, when fitting a 2.5" drive you need to remove one of the pins because the drive sits flush against the side of the caddy.. Quite why the 2.5" mounting holes weren't placed centrally on the caddies baffles me.However, these points are not deal breakers. This is otherwise a really good case. The steel is high grade, the black coating is first class, the case feels very solid overall and all my hardware fitted in easily, aforementioned foibles aside of course. I especially like the fact I can fit a 360mm radiator in the top of the case at a future date. Cable management is pretty good but four cable ties is a bit stingy, you will need more. The case performs much better than the Lian Li on temperature management, my hardware now runs at least 10 degrees cooler, the GPU (a 2070 Super) runs up to 15 degrees cooler and that's just using the case completely stock, with no additional fans added. Very pleased as this was the primary reason for buying the case. It's surprisingly quiet too, another bonus. So while not perfect, at £80 it is a steal and I doubt there is a better mid-tower case out there for the money.
