Honestly the number of times, you look at listing and find that although it says genuine leather it turns up and it is basically plastic, it really upsets me. THIS IS GENUINE LEATHER, HURRAY! It does not smell awful, which is my next bug bear. I have bought this to give to my son, who completely wedded to his tech, sometimes forgets you have to sign a form before you scan it in. Will fill with a couple of standard black pens and the one good pen he got for his 18th, ready to put in his new desk, in his first house. Turning the 2nd small bedroom into a home office! Storing his writing implements away neat and tidy. If you doesn't want to use it for that, he could use it to store some of his cable collection for taking away. A useful little pencil case or leather item, whichever way you look at it. The zip works well, I also like the chunky zip pull, all the stitching is good. Great all round!

This is a nice pencil case and pen holder set!Both cases are made of high-quality leather and are well constructed. The stitching is neat and the zip is good quality and opens and closes smoothly.Although the pencil case looks small it holds a good amount. The flat pen pocket is very useful. I use it to carry my S pen for my tablet along with a pen and pencil.These are available in a variety of colours but I went for the standard black colour to match my tablet case and notebook.I have numerous pencil cases which I use to store various things but these look much more sophisticated.Based on the quality I would highly recommend.

This pencil case and fountain pen holder in black leather are very nice, more grown up and elegant compared to the average pencil case.GOOD POINTS:+ Nice simple design+ Good size for an average adult who has some stationery for occasional use but it may be a bit small for anyone who is studying i.e. college or uni students.+ Leather might not be the best quality but it is nice and thick and smooth, more than adequate for a pencil case and pen holder+ Thick chunky zip that opens and closes very easily, the strap on the zip is loop-shaped so can easily insert a finger in for better grip.+ Hardly any leather smell to it (this might be due to the fact that a 'fragrance drying bag' are included)NOT SO GOOD POINTS:- Even though the black looks nice and sleek, I think on reflection that the dark brown (coffee colour) will look better over time as it will age rather than get scruffy- The leather on the pen holder is slightly different, can see more pimples in the leather and it seems to crease more easily. Also marks easily when pens are inserted and slotted in the front section.

This leather pen case set is made for good but hard leather and is well stitched and finished. The main case is quite big compared with my other cases and holds more pens and pencils than I would usually carry, even with the addition of the fountain pen holder. The pen holder insert is also nicely made, but the leather is again quite hard and thick and the clip of my  Lamy CP1  fountain pen struggles to attach. Probably fine with  Lamy AL-star  or others with larger clips.The set is still lovely, though. For the price (£13 today) the set is great value and I'd recommend it anyway.

Absolutely love this set! I always lose pens and pencils and due to my work commitments I have to travel a bit and this set is very handy for storing my pens and pencils. The quality is amazing, made of thick leather this pencil case set certainly feels like a premium product. The zipper works fine and the set looks a part.Excellent value, I know this set will last a long time.

a useful set of a pen/pencil holder and a zipped pencil case. sturdy but arrived really quite scarred and beat up. I don't mind leather with an aged finish, but some may find it off putting so be aware.

Lovely quality leather pencil case and pen holder - great for use at work without making you feel like you’re back at school again! The zip has a smooth action too so you don’t need to worry about it sticking. Recommended!

This leather pencil case comes with matching pen holder pouch. Both unlined leather, they look smart and actually hold quite a lot. The zip is sturdy with a chunky zip pull. A very smart looking set.

I rarely leave a review, but this little case is so nice! It's soft leather and perfect if you're looking for something that looks great, is made well, and you just need to hold a minimal amount of pens, etc.

I was quite impressed with the quality of this pack. The leather is incredibly soft and the pack is well made. If it’s not leather it totally fooled me. Definitely a good value.

I purchased this for my daughter in college. She had an inexpensive plastic case that is common in middle and high school, but I wanted her to have something nice as a present for her college years.It arrived on time and was wrapped for protection. The case is leather and matched the pictures I saw online. The leather is not stiff, but it is sturdy and seems like it will hold up well as time goes by. The zipper works easily. The fountain pen holder is great if you have a fountain pen. But not many people do.My daughter was very pleased with this gift and I would recommend it.

I use these leather pouches to organize my writing utensils, making it easy to find my favorite pens. The small pouch I use it for my signing pen (prevents scratches on it). Good quality; soft leather.
