Nice quality sink, easy to fit.The sink has a knob centre front, which you can turn and let the water drain from the main bowl. With the smaller bowl, you have to pull that drain plug out with your hand. Its not easy to tell from the picture, but the drain insets on the draining board are of a smooth black finish, the rest of the sink is a matt black finish. Its a nice touch - I've added a photo showing a close up of that area to give you an idea. Both bowls are pretty big - I previously had a rangemaster sink and the bowls on that were considerably smaller.The first sink did arrive with a ding in the corner, but the supplier was super efficient, and after I had sent them a picture of the damage, arranged a new sink the very next day, and collection of the old one. A very nice sink - very deep and well made. Smart looking and easy to clean.The reason for the low rating is the appalling customer service we received from the seller. 6 weeks after receiving the parcel we opened it when it was due to be fitted. It was damaged in the box. Contacted the seller who refused for over numerous emails to replace. It took us having to explain consumer law that they finally conceded to "a good will gesture" of replacing it. 7 days after first contact we have our replacement sink. Their communication was always by email and just once a day, despite us asking repeatedly for a phone number. They need to gen up on consumer law rights and improve their tone on communications. We were made to feel like it was our fault they'd sent us broken sink! We kept reminding them we are a family of four without a sink for a week but that didn't seem to speed things up.

This sink is like plastic. My last sink was composite granite and was sturdy and heavy, this is light with some flex in it. The drain system that comes with it is neat and low profile but depending where your drain pipe is can be difficult to connect. The sinks are a good size and the popup drain on the main sink is useful. The drainer could have a better incline to stop water pooling and a raised edge to stop the water running onto the worktop would help. Overall it looks good and cleans well. For the price it is fine.

This is a great sink. The only issue I have is that water does not drain off the board.After some testing I found that my Kitchen work surface was not quite level.As I was replacing an old sink, which had no issues, I did not think to check the work surface. So before you have this installed make sure that your work surface is 100% level as even the slightest recline will leave you with standing water.One minor thing, the chrome plate in between the 2 compartments has a tendency to scratch easily so you have to be a little careful.

The fittings included in this sink are NOT uk. My husband has searched B & Q and other plumbing to try and find a solution to connect the pipes. So far we have paid out about £7 in parts and still he’s trying to connect it. I thought the piping was uk standard fitting, obviously it isn’t.

Good old Franke.top notch sink. Took out ceramic sink, put in Franke composite. One out one in no cutting. Kitchen temperature immediately rose by at least one degree. The old ceramic seemed to always be cold. Franke is always warm. I use a water softener , so this means no limescale in the black sink. Just a thought if you go composite dark.!!! You may need a water softener. Also trap unique to Franke, need to convert connection to waste pipe, local DIY shop.

Good quality and looks nice but there is huge problem with installation of pipes.If you want to save your time,buy flexible connector exactly as in the pictures.

The SINK is FAB. BUT did complain about the fittings. NOT British standard fittings. No joy with seller I am afraid. So fittings cost ME extra
