This is nice device for a refurbished unit
This is nice device for a refurbished unit. The best part is the unit doesn't make a lot of noise when playing good picture quality. Great price too!

I like the fact that it is portable and the battery lasts a long time. The picture is nice and clear and the volume goes loud enough to be able to hear it across the room. I am very happy with the DVD player. I cannot think of anything that I do not like about it.

Fine enough to play movie DVD's. Used it for almost a month and have not had any issues. Worth the price.
Works fine and easy to navigate. At times seems a little slow, but tolerable. The sound could be louder, so we have to hook up external speakers.

It was refurbished but would not play. Returned. Very disappointing and a black mark on expectations for refurbished items.

The controls are better than on their previous model
I did not know I was buying a reconditioned product so I threw away all of the packaging and information. There are two lines across the screen which appeared after about a month of use. I would have returned it if I had keep the packaging. The controls are better than on their previous model.

Very disappointing
This portable DVD player has a major flaw. If you move or even slightly jiggle it when a DVD is playing, it stops and starts again with rebooting the disc. When this player arrived, I set it up on the kitchen counter and played a DVD. I didn't move it or even touch it while it was playing, and so everything seemed fine. I didn't have a chance to use it again for a while after that, and when I finally did use it again, I moved it slightly and adjusted the screen a bit once the DVD began playing, and that's when I found that any movement at all causes the DVD to stop and restart. There's no way this player could be used in a car or while sitting on the couch or in bed, because any movement causes it to stop and restart. Wish I'd realized that in time to return it. As it is, I'll use it, but it's very inconvenient not to be able to use it as it as a truly portable DVD player. It has to sit in one spot with absolutely no movement, and that limits its usefulness. Disappointed, to say the least.

Easy to carry around. Screen turns around all the way. Good charges life to use in car. Easy to operate. Not to big.
