The TV has amazing clarity, I have 4 year and older TVs and wow what a difference.The capabilities of using the Smart section are very good, we watch a lot of Netflix and it’s really easy to go to that channel.Very quick to mount and set up no problems at all.My son in law bought the same one and he is very impressedGreat size for our bedroom 43”.I would recommend.

Remote control stopped working two months after purchasing the Samsung UHD TV. Have contacted customer support on two separate occasions and each time (after the same troubleshooting steps) they tell me that the remote must be bad and they will send a new one. I now have three remote controls and a TV that will only turn on.........can't change the channel, increase or lower the volume, access the internet, or get to any other settings. Customer support for the product is terrible and I am very disappointed in the product itself. Have always purchased Samsung TVs and monitors in the past and they were outstanding but this product is the exception.
