If you are looking to increase muscle or lebido then this is a good option.These capsules contain an extract of Fadogia Agretis at a rate 20:1 each capsule contains 500mg. Fadogia Agretis is a plant from Nigeria that has long been used as a performance enhancer to increase testosterone, sporting performance and muscle growth. As a result it could also assist with lebido and help with ED.These are no miracle pill. They're not a little blue pill to take 1 hour before hand. They do definitely enhance testosterone levels but they work best when you take them over a period of time. I definitely felt an increase in testosterone after a few days and felt stronger to. I did also feel like i had more energy. If you haven't taken something like this before it's a good idea to just take one a day to see how your body reacts.The capsules are easy to swallow and don't have a bad taste, flavour, or after taste.The pouch is resealable and contains 60 capsules with each serving of 1 capsule (max 2 a day) so this would be roughly 2 months supply. Which works out at roughly £0.33 per serving which is not bad. I have seen similar supplements at a much higher price that didn't work as well as this.Overall these are good quality and reasonable value. Recommended.Thank you for reading my review. After taking these for a few days now, I feel that there have been some positive changes in my mental and physical well-being in that I do feel more relaxed and energetic at the same time, which is great. Also, it seems to be gradually bringing my libido back into action, which is very encouraging.You get two months’ supply for £19.99 (price at the time of writing this review) which I think is really good value for money.Overall, I am pleased with this product which I will continue on taking.

I've tested these purely to see if they boost libido as claimed on their website and packaging and can confirm that I experienced a mild boost but nothing major to shout out about.These supplements claim to aid mental health, increase leaner muscles, increase testosterone, support fat loss and improve libido which in turn could help those with ED.This shrub derived supplement has been used for many years and people claim it works for a range of things, but as you can guess, none of the claims have been backed up by specific research.I do however like to try age old remedies, concoctions, herbs and alternative medicines and therapies as I get older as I do believe that a lot of pharmaceutical products can be detrimental to health, especially long term use.I've only been taking these for about a week and with most supplements they need time to do their magic. If I turn into a raging bull in a few more weeks I'll change my review accordingly lol.I thought I'd do some research on the company that market and sell these and it seems like a relatively new company that sell a range of performance boosters and are apparently UK based. But I get wary of companies that use a mobile telephone, specifically WhatsApp as contact numbers! I find it quite amateur and unbusiness like.It is registered in the UK and claims that these vegan (gelatine free) capsules are formulated in the UK.Their website is actually selling these same capsules at just under £25 so I find it odd that the price on amazon is just under £20 at time of review (sold by the same)It does appear that these are certified by the GMP and some other stamps on the packet, one which looks like non GMO and the other stamp or seal of approval I can't quite make out, it's that small!Suggested intake of these is between 1 to 2 capsules preferably with a light meal.Each capsule containing 500mg of the fadogia agrestis extract from the stem of the shrub.They arrived in a sealed, tear off pack, which is the zip lock type packs with a long best before date and manufacturing date, as for batch number, I can't quite see this, due to the placement of the amazon barcode sticker.The capsules are easy enough to swallow being roughly the same size as a painkiller and they have no discernable taste.The capsules are clear so you can see the actual contents which looks like brown powder.As with all supplements, check with your healthcare professional before taking particularly if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, have a medical condition and/or taking regular medication. These are not for under 18s.The question is..... Do I think these work?The answer.... Yes I do think that they have helped to pep my libido up a little, noticing a mild difference.I've been taking 2 capsules per day for around a week, so I will have a 30 day supply here.Will I be buying them? Maybe, depends on what I think after 30 days and whether these are worth it.For now I'm happy to supplement my diet with these and see what the end results are like after a few weeks.

Nice and compact packaging which is ideal for me as I don't have the largest bathroom cabinet. The supplements themselves are easy to take and of good quality.
