I actually would have giving this 5 stars but there was a couple problems. The set up was very easy, the directions were good and it took about 45 minutes give or take a minute or two. I was able to assemble it by myself after getting it up the stairs. The problems that I had was that a vital screw was missing. It was easier to go to the hardware and purchase another screw for 75 cents than call or email and wait for a replace to come. I actually spent $1.50 and just bought two matching screws. The second is the packing, the top of the handlebars were the senors are is crushed in. It was packed really well and I am so surprise to see that. if I receive a replace cap and screw or replace cap and $1.50 back (yeah right!), then I will bump it up to 5 stars. I tried it out and it works fine. The seat needs a gel cushion for comfort, the elliptical is great, glides smoothly. The seat adjust up and down only not. there is no way to get closer. The seat does not interrupt using the elliptical. Love the grips on the bars!****So the sellers communicated with me and I was very surprised to say they least. They were will to get me my missing bolts and any replacement parts as quickly as possible but I explained I had went and purchased the screw/bolts at the hardware for $1.5 and assembled the equipment. The sellers apologized for the missing parts and me having to go to the hardware to get the screws and to my astonishment refunded $10.00 for my troubles! If that is 5+, superior, we care about the customers I don't know what is! I am too happy with this company and will be purchasing another 2 in 1 for my mom very soon! ******

After having read the reviews, I was a little worried. Fortunately, those fears were all unfounded and wrong.The day Amazon informed me that it had shipped, I received an email from the seller that provided an online .pdf and a video showing the assembly. Whew! At least I have ONE set of instructions. Fast forward to the day of arrival.FedEx knocked on my door and I had this big box. I opened it expecting to see a horror story of missing and/or broken parts. No worries though. Everything was there, undamaged, and in new condition. And wouldn't you know it, they even sent a paper instruction booklet that actually made sense, was clear and detailed, and actually matched what was in front of me. Success.As for assembly, everything went smooth as butter. As a disclaimer, I do have a background with various equipment. That being said, I had it built after only struggling with two bolts, both of which were threaded through a painted section of thread. As with any piece of equipment, the key is go carefully and don't force things. Help them line up.All in all, super pleased with the seller, the product, and I do highly recommend this.

This is exactly what I was looking for! The elliptical was easy to assemble and is fun to use. I love that I can choose to either sit or stand and can choose whether I want to include my arms in my workout. It's hard to believe you get all that for such a reasonable price. I don't think there are any comparable products on the market. I will absolutely be recommending this machine to my friends!

The company emails you an assembly video which is easy to follow and put together. Comfortable seat and easy to use in both positions. I prefer the elliptical but when I'm watching TV I sit down and pedal since the machine is pretty quiet. The trainer provides a good work out with the adjustable resistance levels. It has a simple screen that turns on when you pedal and does not have to be plugged in. Tracks speed, time, distance, calories and pulse (when you hold on to handles). Easy to store and put away when not in use. Well worth the investment.

The reason I purchased this product over others is b/c I could actually reach the seller. Regardless, the seat is perfectly adjusted for full range of motion, I havent even started w resistance and Im getting great workout! I use this machine everyday, several times a day. I LOVE IT! I feel better, my body feels better, overall it was the best decision I ever made. personally I removed the sway outer handle bars (I wasnt using anyway) the monitor seems to keep up with my workouts, it is a bit wobbly, but thats b/c its compact and on carpet. Its not like the gigantic machines at the gym. I use reverse peddling and I can feel my legs getting toned already. I put it together by myself, I watched the video, and went at it. there were a couple screws on super tight, I have bad hand strength, so that is what took me forever, otherwise, putting together was rather straight forward. Everything you need is right there, just organize, and its easy. Couldn't be happier! I highly recommend this machine and seller.

Color is beautiful, size of the machine is great for a home gym. The instructions were unclear, but I was able to figure it out with the aid of their YouTube video. The bolts and washers don’t fit very well. After finally putting the machine together I dicovered the computer doesn’t work- it lights up as another reviewer mentioned but it will not calculate calories, time, etc. It’s not easy to adjust heights once together and the resistant settings wouldn’t change the resistance. Because some of the pieces didn’t seem to fit that well the machine was LOUD! I only had it set up for an hour... I tried to convince myself it was ok enough... but there is no way I’d use it due to the issues it has. The only thing worse than setting it up was taking it apart to be returned.

I was very happy with this product until it started to fall apart and making squeaky noises. I also didn’t enjoy to assemble it because the specs, drawings and instructions were incomplete and confusing. I had to use a lot of common sense and google to find out where some of the pieces were going to be placed.

We returned it. The seat height was not adjustable and was set up for a very, very tall person. The exercise resistance was not adjustable, and it was set at an advanced level. Assembly took a very long time due to insufficient assembly instructions--and my husband is extremely good at all things mechanical. We do not recommend this product
