Binnie's Coconut Butter Organic Spread - Keto, Raw, Vegan, Low Carb, Non GMO - Very Vanilla (10 oz)

I am absolutely addicted to this cinnamon coconut butter. We have tried all three flavors, and my adult son loves the vanilla. We both like the chocolate, but oh my, the cinnamon!!! It is rather crumbly and thick, so I spoon it out and then push it around on the bagel, toast, etc. Lindsay Binnie e-mailed me telling me to make it spreadable, set it in a warm bowl of water for a time, and it will become stir-able and spreadable, but I don't mind crumbly and hunky, because you get actual hunks to chew and taste in bites. Any way you want it or eat it, just do it. As far as I am concerned, it is wonderful, sweet, coconut heaven. We are on our third jar right now, and I ALWAYS have one in the pantry as a backup. :) Don't want to go a day without it!!!

I wasn't sure what to expect when I ordered coconut butter. With the coconut craze i wasn't sure if it would be smooth and a bit savory, like regular butter, or if it would be a sweeter, smooth version of butter. But to my delight, it was actually in a peanut butter type jar, and so so good. It is sweet and has the coconut texture you might find in an almond joy. All I can say is that if you enjoy coconut with the coconut texture, you will love this. You can spread it on fruit, or add it to your smoothies, and know that "Binnie" made this with love!

Love the taste and consistency. It does not require (nor is it recommended) to refrigerate the product. Room temperature keeps the contents in solid form. Imagine the hardness of extremely cold ice cream but at room temperature. Easily eaten with a spoon straight from the plastic container.I find the vanilla to be sweeter than I anticipated. Personally I would prefer it to be slightly less sweet but maybe this keeps me from consuming too much at a time! It would probably have fewer carbs for those on Keto (like myself) without all the added sweetener.I have taken a few spoonfuls directly as a quick snack, as well as spread it onto other food items (you can heat the jar in hot water to soften the butter).I've ordered chocolate next so curious how that will taste.

I bought to use in my protein shakes. Butter appears like glycerine not sure how it will work in my shakes just yet. I used it in my basmatic rice and it added quite a nice taste. Have to say im disappointed with the quantity for the price. This is why I gave three srars as well as the coconut smell or favor is almost non existent.

Edit:I've been eating this by the spoonful but today the only thing on that spoonful was salt, I will not be buying this again. Really disappointed, it's so much salt that you can see it.This stuff is delicious! Especially if you like coconut and vanilla, the vanilla flavor is pretty light and so is the sweetener. It doesn't spread per se, it's kind of flaky but nice and soft. Good peanut butter alternative, I might cover some in chocolate.

It's a good coconut butter,it's more shredded then blended like some other ones that are a little smoother. Which makes it a little more harder. Also the price is a little higher then the other one I usually get. The flavors are good , I tried the coffee macaroon & cinnamon. I usually nook them a little to make it spreadable..but these are in plastic jars so to do this you need to sit in hot water for awhile. I still like to just go in with spoon to eat . Still good if I can't get my other I would get these.

I purchased the maple, vanilla and cinnamon. They all taste phenomenal. From the taste, I couldn't choose a favorite. The only things I can say that I dislike is the vanilla and cinnamon arrived three-quarters full and they are gritty. The maple is smooth and the jar was full. It could be that the maple comes in glass and the other two came in plastic jars. The grittiness didn't matter because I spread the items over toast and the grittiness went away. I have a different flavor every morning. I will make sure that I order more so that I don't run out. If you're on the fence about these products, don't be. They are delicious!

This product seems like it wasn't finished. This is the first brand that I have purchased that has had "gritty" coconut butter, almost like it wasn't blended well enough before being poured. I LOVE Almond Joys but that's not what I was after. Might be suitable for baking/spreading on things but NOT to add to coffee. I was SO excited for the maple flavor. While I don't like overly sweet things there just wasn't quite strong enough "maple" to make me get over the texture issue. Not the worst thing I've ever eaten but probably won't buy from this brand again.
