Bad software
I was excited to get this set of routers and then I ended up ripping them out. At first they seemed easy enough to set up. Then I tried changing the password. This worked fine on the main router but not on the satellite. It took me hours to get back to where I had reset both of them to factory setting where they would work with the preset password. I could not get past that point and decided I was sick of trying.

Died in less than a month! Save your money.
I purchased this system because I was looking for a Wi-Fi Mesh 6e system that gave me the capability to configure some more advanced settings. Specifically the MTU for my T-Mobile Home Internet Service. I originally went with a TP Link Deco System but returned it because I couldnt change the MTU. Several people on YouTube recommended this system and albeit because they got the system free from the company. The routers seem nice. The app and the web interface also seem nice and feature rich. My problem is roughly 3 weeks after buying the unit at a cost of 399.99 I woke up to no wifi. Upon further investigation the system LED on the routers were solid red. I tried rebooting and resetting them and they just revert back to a solid red LED next to the system label. The pamphlet you get with the router states this mean there is a system failure. I emailed the company about the issue but have not heard back.Save your money and go with a more reputable company. Don't listen to people who state "Dynalink sent over their XXX router and its great"

Simple to install, produced immediate performance improvement
I had been wanting to upgrade to a mesh system for awhile now and couldn't wait to set it up once it arrived. Set up couldn't be easier. All you really need to do is turn off your cable modem, remove the old router, put in the new router and turn the modem back on. You'll then put the second unit--the wifi point--next to the first unit so they can pair. Once this occurs, you're all set--move the wifi point to wherever in your house it'll do the most good.Once you've set up the hardware, you will need to log in to the Dynalink app or the router admin interface and tweak it a bit for optimal performance. This is something you have to do with every router in the world, so no big deal here. I was able to set it all up without the instructions but they are very clear. The 'quick start' guide will get you up and running and there's also a User Guide that provides more information including how to do all of the admin configuration stuff. There's also a FAQ and troubleshooting guide that provides even more information. If I remember correctly, there are links to all three documents on the item description page. If you need more help you can find it at the Dynalink website.I need to upgrade my wifi card to get the benefits from WiFi 6E but I've already seen some performance improvement. The max speeds aren't much different than my previous router, but that was a excellent router in its own right. There's been significant improvement in Ping times and that's been the one area I've had trouble getting faster with my old router. Keep in mind that Internet connectivity and wifi is a multi-part process. A new router will help, but not if you've got an outdated modem or an underpowered computer.Overall, I'm very happy with this router. It's improved coverage in my oddly designed house and produced a significantly improved ping time. It was simple to install and get up and running. Highly recommended!

Automatically Optimizes Data Transfer Speeds for All Connected Devices
Have been fighting installing a mesh wifi system in my home for awhile. Due to there now being an Echo device in every room for each floor, in addition to multiples of smart plugs, bulbs, and motion detectors throughout my home Iāve finally made the switch.Let me say first setting this Dynalink AXE10200 Tri-Band Wi-Fi 6E Whole home mesh system up was way too easy. I mean you just need install the app on your phone and scan the QR code on one of the wi-fi routerās label. The app walks you through every single step for proper installation. Now I do admit only having a single ethernet port for connecting a device directly to the router made me frown just a bit. My mind was quickly changed when reviewing some of the upload/download speed various devices located in different areas of my home were getting on a consistent basis.Even though the iOS app allowed me to quickly change network settings using my iPhone, I preferred using the web panel accessed by my laptop instead. First thing I had to do was change the default IP address from 192.168.280.1 to 192.168.1.1. Reason why of course is I didnāt feel like manually modifying the network settings of 12 devices Iāve already created a static IP address for when using the previous router. Most of the time Iāve not experienced any connectivity issues with the 50+ wi-fi enabled devices linked to this Dynalink mesh network located throughout my house. I am noticing that sometimes the Amazon Echo devices will not play content on the specific one Iām talking too. They all want to direct whatever I want them to play through the Alexa enabled Sonos home theater speaker system I have setup in the living room where the second wi-fi router is located. Its really annoying at times, but Iām starting to get used to it.Thereās one thing I would like to clarify to avoid confusion when youāre reviewing different settings in the web panel.Once logged into the dashboard for the app or web panel, navigate to Network > Wi-Fi and make sure the network combo box is set to āMain Network.ā The ā2.4/5 GHzā frequency should already be enabled, if not, do so now. This is also considered the wi-fi 6 frequency too. Simply put the 6 GHz band has a spectrum 3x larger then 2.4/5 GHz. Wider space means a reduce likelihood of spectrum congestion leading to device connectivity issues and drops. If you scroll the frequency combo box to ā6 GHzā its disabled by default. Itās actually the 6E (Extended spectrum) band which is not the same as 6GHz. If your device isnāt 6E capable you wonāt see the SSID for this band listed under found networks. Best to keep it disabled until you do have a device capable of using this extended frequency. If you want to future proof your home network this Dynalink AXE10200 Tri-Band Wi-Fi 6E whole home mesh system is a good choice. Its not only very easy to setup but provides everything needed to closely monitor whatās happening on a home network and take immediate action if needed using your phone or laptop.

A decently-performing WiFi 6E mesh system, but it crashed and won't come back online
TL;DR - I've been using this mesh system for three weeks. Had I written this review a week ago, I would have rated it 4 stars. It didn't have the signal strength of my last 2-node mesh system, but it supports 6ghz Wifi 6E. Today, however, I am giving it two stars because after a three-day power outage the main node of the system is crashed and will not come back online, rendering the entire mesh WiFi useless because the system is down.Apart from the reliability issue, my assessment of this product is that it is a medium-strength mesh solution in terms of signal strength and its ability to penetrate walls, etc. I had been using an ASUS mesh setup that tied two of their high-end gaming routers together and I noticed that the signal strength of the Dynalink WiFi network was not quite as powerful. The Dynalink router does have more features than their product details here on Amazon mention. Things such as built-in support for an OpenVPN server and client do exist in this product. Those features are exposed via a separate Advanced Admin website that you can log into from any browser on the internal side of the network. Also note that the out of the box setup employs the 6Ghz channel as its backhaul between the primary node and the satellite node. So if you want to use the 6E part of this WiFi 6E mesh system, you need a hard-wired ethernet backhaul for the satellite node. The details I've mentioned above are all documented in a FAQ that Dynalink's website includes for this product.
