Great product for people who sit infront of computers for hours everyday...

As someone who can't go out as often as possible since I'm always busy at work, this is so effective! I have an improvement in my sleep and leg pain (for standing or sitting the whole day) is minimised since I used this. Highly recommended.

Ouf. Ce truc marche comme par la magie. J'ai dormi une heure de plus la première nuit juste en plaçant mes pieds dessus. Maintenant, je le place sous mon bureau. J'ai remarqué que je suis plus calme. je l'ai acheté pour faire baisser mon niveau de cortisol. N'oubliez pas de prendre l'adaptateur.

Excellent. Does what it claims. I find that it makes my feet (or wherever you are putting it) back, glutes quite warm. Helps me sleep a deeper sleep and does help with back soreness and pain. The size allows me to take it with me.

highly recommend i was a bit unsure at first but when i stopped using for a while i realised how much this actually helped calm and grounded me and for the price well worth it
