This works well. I had to use it when my home shower when out. I used it regularly for about six months. It does have 2 speeds (low and high). High speed does come close to home shower rate. Low speed still works. I have not used it in a camp setting. But when fully charged, you can get about 10-15 low speed showers with a 7-10 min shower with 5 gallons of water, used sparingly. The water shut-off valve helps a great deal too! High speed is about 6-10. But high speed will require about 10-20 gallons of water to get a full shower in. Also, it's best to have boiled/distilled water when using. Normal tap water will leave deposits and cause the hose and shower head to feel heavier over time. I have not found a good way to get rid of those deposits. Plus, you want to try and keep soap away from the shower head or rinse it off really good after each use. Overall, it was a great lifesaver when I needed it.

So far, this has worked wonderfully for us. It is very easy to use, pumps well and holds a charge for at least a couple of showers. Knob to limit or increase flow is a great feautre! Haven't tried to use it for more than two showers without recharging, but still pumping well for two average length showers. I've been using for a couple of weeks now. I don't usually write reviews, but I had a lot of trouble deciding which pump to choose and wanted others to know that I think this pump is a winner!

I have been using this for a while now and find it very efficient at it's job. Easy to use, dependable and you have to flow strengths to choose from. I use it on the lower strength, have been using is for at least two months and have only had to charge it once. I just use a medium size plastic garbage can as my " bucket" , turn the unit on and drop is in the bucket -- I keep the spray head down in the bucket so water stays in the container when I am not using it to wet myself down or rinse off. You can turn it off while you are soaping up, but I prefer to just leave it on and keep the head in the container of water. I would give this 5 stars if the on/off switch was up by the or on the back of the shower head piece. I would highly recommend this to anyone wishing to utilize this type of shower system. I am using it daily as my main shower as I have a fairly costly plumbing repair that needs to be done that I can not afford at this time. Well worth the money overall and well built.

This is great solution for those on the go or emergencies! Just fill a bucket or bin with water and boom, instant shower! Recently our gas lines had a leak and fixing it would cost a pretty penny so bathing had been hard, at first we’d use an electric stove to heat water MULTIPLE times to take a bath, then we upgraded to an immersion heater. That would still take 2+ hours per bath. So I figured finding a way to shower would be the easiest and most cost effective solution in this time. Got an 18gal tote from Walmart, found this and paired my immersion heater (now only takes 30+ minutes to heat water) and this is just as good as a regular shower. The water pressure is decent and I love that it comes with a water valve controller to conserve water each use! So easy to set up, just put the shower head on the hose and turn it in and drop in the water. Very compact to store away in its bag for easy storage. The battery lasts long enough for multiple showers (about four (4) 8-9min showers)! And for anyone wondering, yes 18 gallons of water is enough for 2 full showers!

I bought this 4 years ago, after several bad experiences with similar products. I also had a different kind , bought the same time as this 1,stored away for "just in case" this 1 wasn't good either..After 4 years, and anywhere from 2 to 6 showers a week, it's still working! I am back to buy another one, because I am under impressed with the other 1 I had stored.Renovating our 140 year old farmhouse is taking much longer than expected, but with this, I never have to worry if I will be able to shower! I am replacing it, not because it stopped working, but because after 4 years of regular use, there is a lot of build up from the water source we use.If you need a portable shower, for any of the reasons listed, I highly recommend this one! Five stars!

My spouse said this was the Best Item Ever Bought....married 43 yrs and never heard this before! Sleek design, flexible- wide diameter hose allowing plenty of water pressure which also has a turn-knob to adjust the amount of water flow through the sprinkler head. A large collapsable bucket and warm water feels great and lasts up to 10 minutes of shower time for us camping (family of 4 taking turns in our privacy tent). When at the ocean beach, we rinsed off at the side of our car by using the suction attachment which held the shower head unit to the car window while we rinsed off....my spouse thought this was the most important item which came with the whole thing because it made it hands-free for someone traveling alone or not wanting someone to hold it while they showered. Great product. My daughter wanted to keep it for herself for multiple uses at home for her children, plants & dogs....so convenient and easy to use for toddlers & grown-ups.
