This bad is beautiful. I got it in gray. It’s soft leather well stitched and durable. Smells amazing like top quality leather. Very spacious and roomy but not bulky looking. Can be used for everyday purse , business bag for laptops or iPad, or even as a carry on bag as you travel. Has lots of pockets and adjustable straps make it easy to fit just right. Excellent buy!

I bought this gray bag because I wanted something that would be good to travel with but I use it all the time! It’s leather and very durable. I like that it’s a neutral color and goes with everything. It has zipper pockets inside so I don’t lose little things in the bottom like keys and lipstick. I highly recommend this bag!

I purchased Wine-red one, and it is gorgeous. Not too bright, but not sober. I usually choose black bags for my work, but I wanted to try something new this time. Because of the adult-like design, it can go with not only casual jeans, but also professional grayish/black suits, too. Somehow, the bag might look small, but it carries a lot. My iPad Pro (full size) with keyboard cover, Big Happy Planner (letter size), books, small Thermos, a foldable umbrella, cosmetics/stationaries/AC-chargers in a pouch, along with big wallet and cellphone, all can fit in there. I have been using this bag for more than 6 months everyday. Sometimes I needed to carry heavy medical books, but no problem! This is very strong backpack.*Customer service experience*Due to the heavy usage, zipper parts were broken (slider-handle came off) after 6 moths. I contacted customer service, and they responded very promptly. I received partial refund, and it was more than my expect! The bag comes with 1 year warranty. It is surprising! I read some bad reviews (due to defects) right before I began to write this review, but defects happen once in a while, even with brand-name-companies. I think 1 year warranty is long enough to find the defects if you need to replace it or get refunds. You can be confident to purchase any bags from S-zone.*Comparison with similar backpack by Coolcy*I first ordered Coolcy backpack, but I returned it because my iPad Pro did not fit in. It was very small over all for me. S-zone backpack and Coolcy-one look very similar but in slight different size measurements. 2 inch hight difference is a huge difference for a capacity in a bag. If you need to carry 12" iPad pro or letter size docs/files, you need S-zone backpack.*Tiny Con*The straps are well made with cloth-reinforcement on the back; therefore, straps are not stretched/ripped so easily. However, the width of the strap is about 1 inch (or little less), and I felt a little bit of pain on my shoulders at first. I had to use strap cushions for first couple months. ....I hoped for thicker straps for this bags, but I changed my mind because they might look bulkier. So, the narrow straps are acceptable for me to make the bag look stylish. (Now, I do not need cushions any more. I guess I got used to it.)

Quality leather, unbeatable price.

I really love this backpack purse. I was getting tired of a sore shoulder and neck from carrying my purse on one shoulder, so I decided to switch to a backpack style. I usually carry my iPad Pro, small notebook, large wallet, and glasses case in the main pocket, and then I use all the little inside pockets for various and sundry other things, like my cell phone, business cards, pens, make-up, etc. I can actually fit my laptop in this bag as well - even with all those other things. I love all the pockets, and I really like the zipper that opens the whole bag from the top because it allows me to easily put in my iPad and take it out. I bought another purse like this that has the main zipper horizontally about 2/3 of the way up, and I also really like that one, but it’s more challenging to move the iPad in and out. I’ve received several compliments on both purses, and people are surprised when I tell them the price - one woman said she thought it would have been closer to $200. The best part of my experience, however, was when I had an issue with the stitching coming loose on the bottom of one of the zipper tracks of the main pocket. I emailed customer service and heard back VERY promptly. They offered to pay the cost to repair the bag, plus an additional amount for my trouble, and they told me it has a one-year warranty. I found a shoe repair shop that also repairs purses to do the work. I would definitely recommend this product because it looks very professional, is incredibly roomy, and is a great price for the quality.

This backpack was purchased for school. I like it a lot. I gave it 4 stars due to the straps. I am hoping it will last, as, it is used to carry my laptop and notebook. Will definitely sign up for the protection plan.

This is an excellent bag. I purchased it to use a laptop bag for my MacBook air for my everyday subway commute. I wanted something that doesn't have a large profile on my back and doesn't make me look like a student. I have now used this bag every weekday for 2 months. In addition to using it almost every day, I have traveled with it as well and have completely overstuffed it to the point it was hard to zip up. I was able to fit my laptop, a small notebook, my wallet, my Sony WH‑1000XM3 headphones in it's case! Still the bag is in perfect shape. The straps, even though thin, are reenforced by sturdy nylon straps sewn to the underside of leather straps. This does not compromise the look and does not show any wear at all after 2 months. I get compliments all the time and I continue to love this bag! The only thing to note is that there is no laptop compartment. I bought a laptop sleeve to keep in the bag so now it's just perfect. Best thing I bought on Amazon in 2019!

Lovely bag and quite stylish design compared to many other laptop backpack for women. Would prefer the leather a bit stronger and more sturdy as shown in the picture, but the material is on the soft side. Would have been perfect if they add padding to the laptop compartment. Otherwise it's a great looking backpack.Size-wise is bigger than described, 14' tall rather than 13'2" described online, which is good. Plenty of room for my mac air. My slight concern is that the bag seems heavy with only my mac air in, which pulls on the straps a little when I wear it on my back. I think it's because the leather is soft. Hopefully the strap will last as it looks quite thin. Overall happy with the purchase if it lasts. Will update later to report on the durability.

Checked the bag throughly, it's well made, good quality for the price. I like the slim design & there's plenty of room inside. The front zip pocket is really just a design feature, I can't see any practical use for it but I suppose it could comfortably hold a piece of paper. The leather straps have a nylon backing for extra strength which is good but I did find a slight fault with one of the straps, the leather is cut off close to the stitching, it might pull away over time but I'm happy to ignore it because I love the bag, it's just what I was looking for.

Fantastic value for money. I bought this to use for work as I have a back problem and needed to use a laptop rucksack but wanted one that is stylish as well as functional. Plenty of room for a 14 in laptop and A4 paperwork plus cables, mouse, purse, sunglasses etc. The only things that would make it even better are a padded piece to separate laptop from everything else and swap the internal phone slots to the back and zip pockets to the front inside as it’d be flatter against your back. On the whole though it’s fantastic, practical and looks great.Note - I initially bought the smaller size and had to return it. The seller was so easy to deal with and the refund was quick.

This bag was a perfect design and size. However I had a problem with the lining. S-Zone were very helpful and dealt with my complaint in a most satisfactory manner and I am extremely happy with the service I received from them, and am impressed with the speed with which they responded and resolved my complaint.
