Holy grail hard gel that doesn’t cause contact dermatitis on my hands! It’s the perfect pink imo, cures well with no heat spikes that I’ve noticed and sticks with proper prep (dehydrator & acid free bonder). It cures quite hard, which actually ended up being a problem for me in some cases. It works wonderfully for extensions that go beyond my natural nail plate, but because by nails are quite bendy it doesn’t work well as just an overlay for me. Just something to think about if you’re considering buying this hard gel for strictly overlaying on top of your natural nails.

I love this gel! I don't know why people are hating on Beetles products. Last year I developed a bad HEMA allergy and have had zero issues with Beetles HEMA free products. No contact dermatitis, my fingers haven't split open, and I haven't experienced any itching in the six months I've been using their products. I have been too afraid to try any type of nail polish, so I use this gel and polish it with a nail buffer. The color is nice, and my nails stay shiny without having to use a top coat

I am a nail tech and decided to try this as I didn’t want to wait for the akzentz trinity and this is a nice hard gel (for personal use). I say personal use as I don’t believe there is a way to get a sds on their products for salon use (sadly bc beetles is great imo). Anyways, I’ve used their clear sculpting gel in the past so I figured this would be equal quality. Much less bubbles than their sculpting gel. Viscosity is medium so good for beginners. It’s a bit thicker than I prefer as I’m used to working with akzentz which is kind of on the low viscosity side so I was worried about it leveling as it didn’t seem to self level well on silicone Hand but when I applied it on my hand the warmth of my nails did allow it to level much better. The viscosity allows you ample time to get the product perfectly in place with no flooding. The color is a beautiful pink that would look great on pretty much every skin tone. It’s not too dark and not too light. Great consistency for forms as well and I did a repair using a form and had no issues with running. Only worn for a day so far so can’t speak on its wear but tbh I never have issues with this brand when it comes to retention so I expect it to last per usual. I can easily get 4 wks with beetles. I think a lot of the reviews who are having issues are most likely hobbyists or new to gel maybe. Proper application is key to retention with all nail enhancements, as well as proper curing with the correct strength lamp and proper prep of the nail plate and not allowing product to flood cuticle or skin. If you do all of that right then should be fine. Will be trying out their other shades.

I’m used to builder/soft gel and GelX, so I haven’t used hard gel in a long time but this was very easy to use! I do have a sensitivity to regular gel products so I thought HEMA free would be a better option, and it may just be me but my fingers still had a little flare up (itchy, irritated, etc). This product self levels a little slower than what I’d prefer, but I guess that makes it easier if you need to take your time! The picture attached is the latest set I did on myself, and I tried a bunch of different designs on top of the hard gel. So far I don’t notice any chipping or cracking! Overall this product is a nice base and gave me the structure and strength I needed. I would buy again!

definitely love how the outcome and how natural this hard gel looks! just a heads up i wouldn’t recommend this for beginners who are just starting to do their own nails or nails in general, i’m a nail tech and i usually only have worked with acrylic and BIAB, so getting used to this consistency is a bit tricky, it’s extremely sticky and takes a bit to get the hang of but nothing some alcohol and filing can’t do! Overall beautiful and natural color ✨

The product itself is great overall ( formula) , however this is not allergy friendly. Anyone with allergies to hydrox-yethyl and other methacrylates . Or even Tosylamide/formaldehyde resin I wouldn’t recommend. You will still break out in whatever symptoms you get from your allergy to gel polishes. Hives, blisters, rash, swelling , itchy , etc.

easy to use, Thick but evens out if you let it sit for a bit. I dry them for 60+ seconds but they dry in about 60 seconds

I was very excited to use this hard gel, love the color but the formula is not great, I applied it with all the recommended products and the next day peel off, not only my nails but my mom’s as well she was very happy with the color but disappointed . I really wasted my time and money on this product , I waited a little longer to use it and I really want to return it because I will never use this product again, please let me know if I can exchange this product for another one, thanks.

Very easy to use and dries well! I’m hoping they will bring more colours in the builder gel! I will definitely be buying more!!

The product itself is really great. It's thick and really easy to work with. The only thing I'm not a fan of is that this colour throws orange on my skin tone. This is okay though as I will just use it as a builder that I paint over. Overall, very happy and would purchase the product again, just not this colour :)

Followed instructions however still hard to use , peels/ beaks off within 24hours or less. Not great for something that is listed as great at home nails.

Well I have to say that the colour is Nothing like what I was expecting at all. In the picture it looks more pink but in real life it is apricot/orange. I can only use it with a colour gel over top.

Completely different colour to what was advertised. More orange/ apricot. Also very sticky. Ended up returning.
