Excellent knock off! Would def recommend!
For $17 plus tax, I wasn't expecting a whole lot. The box the set came in was somewhat generic and plain. The pieces were separated into 6 or 7 individual plastic baggies, similar to Lego sets. A few of the of the bags were numbered but there was no order to opening them. You pretty much had to open all of them at once from the beginning to start building.Surprisingly, the instruction booklet was made of high quality paper and very similar to Lego booklets. The step-by-step diagrams and pictures inside were detailed and very well put together (as good as Lego's).The quality of the bricks themselves was also on par, and compatible, with Lego (or very close to it). Pieces snapped together with slightly more effort, but still held together nicely. No Minifigures included, and you got the exact number of pieces for the set -- no more, no less (unlike Lego sets where you always get a few extra pieces leftover when you're done). The finished product was probably not as structurally sound as Lego's would be, but I would give it 9 out of 10. And it looked exactly like the picture on the box and in the description. I think it actually looks better than the BTTF Delorean that was released a few years ago (Lego #21103). This Delorean ended up being about 5.5" long.I definitely would purchase other sets from this brand/company in the future. It's a good value, especially if you don't have to have Minifigures. Similar Lego sets would prob go for $20-25.

An Excellent kit! Worth the money!
I purchased this as a gift for myself, and I admit I was nervous that I might have missing parts (I feel that with LEGO brand as well. So it had nothing to do with this brand).I had nothing to worry about. All pieces were supplied. It also came with a brick prying tool, as well. Which is very helpful. The parts came in numbered bags. But the first page of the very good instructions state that the numbered bags do not matter. Just empty out all of the parts and start building (or sort the parts first. Whatever your preferred style of building brick kits. ^_^ ).There are 4 parts that are required for attaching the Time Circuit Wave Enabler Cables. Those pieces are attached to 4 sprues of parts (as shown in the pictures). Those are the only pieces you need from the sprues, but it is nice having some other great shapes. Tools, hammers, oil cans, and other bits. There is only one error that I found with the instructions that I have included a picture of. Step 11 says you need two of the pieces shown, yet there seems to be only one place for the parts. It should actually be ONE piece needed for that position.Nothing major, but I did search for a bit, and studied the placement in case it wanted me to sandwich the two pieces together (nope). It is just a misprint. One piece is required, not two. This was a dream to build and a lot of fun.Oh, yes! One other thing that is not mentioned in any of the photos of the kit, or other customer reviews - but what I wanted to know before buying it - is that you can build this *without* the BTTF 3 time circuits on the hood. You can build this with the standard hood from BTTF 1&2. They supply the parts, and they are the final steps in the instructions. There are 72 steps to build this, but I thought they missed an opportunity to give us 88 steps. Seemed appropriate for this car. ;-)I would purchase from this company again.

The Delorean is so cool
I was so geeked when I found this I had to get it. Really easy to put together and the result looked awesome! I will agree along with others the pieces don’t lock in place for long and sometimes falls apart but it looks pretty great on my desk

Really Pleased
I took a chance on this generic build as the price was right. I have two kids. I don’t have a lot to spend on brick sets. I am usually a one-Lego-set-a-year kind of guy. This was a lot of fun. I am going to look into what else this brand has.One surprise was that I had more extra pieces than I would expect from a Lego-brand.I was pleased to get a printed instruction book.Fitting the black tubes posed a few challenges. I modified it by adding two single rounds to each end of the tube. That looks fine. See my picture.Lastly, if you prefer the smooth 1985 hood as opposed to the BTTF Part III modified hood, the set provides a smooth piece to give it this look.I payed about $20. Well worth it for that price.

Looks great, but difficult to build.
The appearance when complete is really good. The problem is the engineering behind the parts placement and iffy. Not as strong a LEGO.But I would still buy it and build it.

Great product
A little smaller than most lego cars it's size. But over all very nice set. Nice features. Doors open. I wish it had the red and white tires but over all worth it
