Leaks like crazy. Essentially useless.
I bought this and the large Ballon blew out on test inflation. I ended up buying special silicone glue for $44 (Hazardous shipping was a killer. NOT from Amazon.) which was essentially Silicone RTV I could of bought for a lot cheaper elsewhere. Normal glue doesn't work on Silicone materials.I finally got that balloon sealed. The small Ballon I resealed at least four times. It finally stays inflated. Yeah!Oh wait, the large Ballon leaks into the water tubing, which makes it IMPOSSIBLE to seal. It deflates slowly every time.I actually made this work once by constantly pumping up the large balloon every 2 or 3 minutes.I have bad anemia so I must take high iron doses every day, which cause hard rock like constipation. A long soak, with a little Castille soap added fixes things. Especially a 20 or 30 minute soak.It was nice ONCE I was able to use this. Since this was $70, the glue $44 and I have no idea how much time into this trying to fix it don't even try it.A lot of these products have the same maker, sold under various brand names. Their quality is very poor, and the market so small no one else bothers to make one.I've seen this one sold on other sites for up to $150, same exact product. At least you only waste $70 here, bit it's non-returnable so you are stuck with this. Why did I spend some much time and effort trying to fix this? My job has ALWAYS been to make things work. Also there is no other other choices for this type device. The "Bardex" one was made of latex, which some folks are deadly allergic to so no one makes them anymore. This Silicone material one seems incapable of holding a seal. I finally got the small ballon to hold, after two years. Then I restested the large one.Once the pressure was on it for longer than 3 minutes, the leak in the tube enlarged (I can't access inside the tubing.) I can now hear it leaking when I squeeze the large Ballon lightly.I am not dropping $70 and the reglueing nightmare for it to stop working after one or two successful uses.I am not doing this for a fetish, I have to take iron or my hemoglobin drops into the 6 or 7 range and all I can do is sleep because I am so weak.Clearing up the constipation this way is a lot better than chemicals (Laxatives) that my body often reacts to in unpredictable ways. That huge blob behind the small bulb is how I FINALLY got it to seal. The roughness around the top large bulb is it sealed the large one much easier, but not just slapping on a little dab. It requires considerable effort and attention to detail.Don't buy this. I wish it worked, but it does not and you're wasting your money.

Works well.
I saw a lot of negative reviews and I have only used it once, but it worked perfectly fine. I will edit review if there are issues later on.I read a lot of reviews saying that it was difficult to put in, because of the size. If you hold the deflation button in while you're doing it, it will not cause issues.I read another review where someone said to buy after market parts for it (blood pressure cuff pumps) I did and the original ones worked better. The BP cuff ones fell off cause they were not the right size for the tube. The tip about buying a clear open top silicone bag was very useful though, easier to clean and ensure cleanliness of bag.Overall, 5 stars. I will update after a few more uses if anything changes.

Works well, despite negative reviews. Needs after market part.
Despite all the negative reviews this item has worked well now passing 20 sessions.Pros: inexpensive, seems to be well constructed. Works well.Cons: no instructions. inflation bulbs are cheap and in my case did not work right out the box but did eventually work, consider replacing. The internal balloon is long and needs to be inflated to a decent size to prevent loss of solution.I wish there were more options on the market, despite this though the item works well. I found good instructions on the internet to replace what should have been in the box. I would give this another Star of the bulbs worked better and had come with instructions. Once inserted it's easy to lose track of which Bulb operates which balloon, I used a zip tie to identify the bulb so I wouldn't accidentally inflated or deflate the wrong one. If these were addresses, for me anyway, I would consider 5 Star.Update: Inner balloon ruptured on first one though a thin spot I knew was there. It still lasted a long time. The new one I just received seems to have been given a thicker material for the balloons. Everything works correctly on this one. For the price I'm giving one more star.Update: stars reduced from 5 to 3. Bought another one, both inflators were bad. Amazon replaced the with while new set and Thoes bulbs were bad. Seems to be there worst thing about this product. If you buy one better just buy good blood pressure cuff inflators.

Bardex nozzle
I was finally able to try product, I aired it up 5 times to test it & came back 3 minutes later & the large balloon had split. Never got a chance to try it.Thumbs downThe other one I had lasted 10+ years until the black squeeze bulbs failed

Not as flimsy as reviews say...
I got this as a DIY toy, because I figured the hardest part of making my own was the 3 tubes in one.I was pleasantly surprised as the quality of it, though there are some warnings. This is quite large. Quite large indeed. If you are looking for a large toy to rock your world when inflated, this is the one. Unfortunately my body has some sort of gag reflex for things like this, and as such, made it difficult to experiment with.Pros: decently built, definitely fun to useCons: manufacturing defect (I think?) The back of the front balloon is bonded too far toward the tip, by just a few millimeters, causing it to retain the pointy slack areas when inflated. The pumps are garbage.
