I work in the travel industry and find myself in different cities sometimes each week. This device brings not only myself comfort but my family too. I do not get paid to review. I bought this for my daughter and she immediately started using it! i also bought one for myself This particular brand is TSA approved! This can be used for saftey in a lot of situations. Originally bought for my daughter to take with her when walking in unfamiliar surroundings when traveling. She recently brought it to Ireland and Switzerland, and she told me it made her feel safer!When at home in USA, she clips on for jogging and general shopping. It can clip on a belt loop, purse, backpack..really anywhere. Besides TSA approved, it has a strobe light and very loud alarm. Simply pull apart if being threatened or attacked etc Hi,I have. For myself, I have quite a few falls, so now I carry with me when walking my property. I will be able to draw attention to my situation if I cannot get up. If dim lighting (at dusk) the strobe would also draw attention besides loud alarm! These are great Christmas stocking stuffers! If in a noisy area, like a busy street or lots of people talking, I would prefer it was louder, but otherwise it does get people’s attention. I hook it around my belt loop where it is easily and quickly accessible.
