Great replacement remote
My wife and I have accrued a fairly substantial VHS collection and found a Sony D370P without a remote. I found this option on Amazon and went ahead with the purchase.The remote needs 2 AA batteries and once those were in it was extremely easy to use.The remote doesn’t need any sort of special setup. It automatically worked with the Sony player that we had.The remote itself feels sturdy and the buttons are of high quality.For this price point I would argue there isn't a better deal out there!

Worked out of the box!
I needed a replacement control for my Vizio manufacturer controller. This one is an exact duplicate and worked out of the box!

When the old batteries wreck your remote
This is what Amazon excels at. When you need to replace a remote and can search for your TV (or in this case, an old DVD/VCR player) and find the right unit. Lesson learned: check those seldom used remotes and change the batteries BEFORE they deteriorate and ooze into the casing - ugh!

Worked right out of the box. Just had to put batteries in.

A real “ turn on”
I ended up with a VCR and no remote. I found one on Amazon, bought it and it works great. The price was right! 👍🏻
