Warm & Bassy but Still Technical with Good Vocals
Bass was what hit me first with these. It reaches down with a nice intense rumble and the Mid-bass has a nice punch to it(But it's nice that there is control to it and not bloated), not overbearing into the lower mids, as mids have nice detail despite the bass, but there's a nice warmth traveling up, giving the mids & vocals a smooth & rich texture. Instrument imaging is good, and the stage is wider than the depth. Vocals are also upfront & personal but are very sweet. Treble has enough shine to give it a little lift, but not over doing it, but on some cymbal strikes I find it to fall flat in tone, still nice but not the best. Overall I find this to be very musical, and average to above average on everything else, and I can enjoy this one for many hours vs something that might excel it in most aspects, but I can only listen to them for shorter periods of time. This is where I find myself picking these up, cause they fit that thirst for long listening periods and have a good enough/enjoyable tuning and can cross many genres with maybe the exception of heavy metal, I like the transients in the low end to be a little quicker, but as I said, I like them for almost everything else. They're very comfortable as well, it did take my brain a few hours to really start to appreciate them, but as time went on, I find myself picking these up, heck I have them on right now jamming out to "Geoxor @ Virtual Arcadia 2020 MIX" ;)

Just not my preference.
Comfort: I prefer the bullet type fits of IEMs but am willing to try out the shell ones once in a while. For example, I like the fit of the Etymotics and like the fit of the tin hifi t3+ (similar to Yume midnight). Yume midnight isn't too bad for me but wasn't a huge fan of the cable. t3+ cable and etymotic er4sr beats it by a mile.Sound: This is where I returned the product. It sounds a little too forward for me in vocals. I like vocals a lot but this IEM bringing it to the front and sometimes overpowering the rest of the frequencies just doesn't make the IEM sound balanced. t3+ you can hear all frequencies pretty equally with a bit of a recessed midrange, but at least nothing sounds like it's overpowering the other. Yume midnight comes across as a little too forward of a midrange for me that it makes the music sound unbalanced. Soundstage also sounded narrow to me. I'm a gamer and the t3+ was much wider.

Love them!
I'm no audiophile and know virtually nothing about the technical stuff. What I *do* have, though, is plenty of experience in testing high end headphones and IEMs at every price range. I know what I like, and these things blew me away.To be honest I wasn't all that impressed at first. It's late at night and I wasn't in the mood for anything loud, so I turned the volume down and played a little Olivia Rodrigo (shut up, I like her) while browsing the news. At a little below regular daily listening volume these headphones didn't show me anything all that special. The sound quality was very good, as you'd expect from IEMs at pretty much any price, but it didn't reach into my brain and squeeze, so I came to Amazon to write a middling 4 star review. "Pretty good, though maybe bot worth the money."Before I began, though, I browsed the reviews already on the page and saw that someone who appears to know what they're talking about suggested that these headphones are tuned for rock music. Before writing the review, then, I cranked up the volume, threw on some Nirvana and Guns'n'Roses (just the first stuff that came up on YouTube; I'm really not this basic) and gave it a shot.Holy hell, they weren't wrong. Incredible. It's now an hour later, and I haven't stopped listening despite it being well after midnight, and I have things to do at first light.OK, so these IEMs don't do much for me at low volumes. I've tried a few genres, and in all of them if I reduce the volume to about a third of the maximum on my iPad the sound is just so so. Any headphones could achieve it. When you crank it up past 50%, though, these things come into their own. There's no distortion at all. The louder you go the more detail you can pick out.Spectacular. Easy five stars.

Great
I have been using these IEMs daily for just about everything and across different genres and have been blown away. From intense bass-heavy action scenes with emphasis on directional audio in video games and movies to calming jazz and voice/treble heavy pop when I'm doing work or winding down to go to sleep these earbuds have made each experience great. You can crisply hear every insturment and voice line and the you get a nice noise enough canceling seal to get imersied in the music. In the box, you get a really nice aluminum case with plenty of space inside to comfortably wrap up your earbuds to put inside along with some other accessories like a dongle or extra pair of ear tips. The case has this neat airtight feel that adds to the premium feel while also giving it protection from just popping apart when you drop it. You also get 5 pairs of ear tips to try and find the perfect fit and so far the eartips I have been using dont show any signs of tearing. The included cable is nothing amazing but also nothing about it that I would complain about. The clear braided design definitely has a nice aesthetic but the plastic coating does make me worry at times that a nice tug could cause damage.Overall from using these earbuds constantly over the past few weeks I am very happy, there is little discomfort over long periods of use and much of that is because of the great sound that helps you get lost in what you're listening to. They also stay on tight even when moving around a lot. Just a great pair of IEM's at a fairly reasonable price ($200 at time of review) for the quality that I would reccomend.
