My lamp won’t stay connected and when it does I can only send my color once per connection then I have to reset my lamp to factory settings, rejoin my group and I can finally send my color.It’s quite an inconvenience to do that instead of just passing by my lamp during the day and tapping it to let my sister know I’m thinking of her. Very disappointed- for the price of the product I expect something much better.!!UPDATE!! After leaving my review the company reached out to me and asked me more about my problems to see if they could help, they said they had never heard of this problem and sent me a new lamp to replace my broken one.

Update - they don't have a phone line or fully in place customer service/tech system (it was even strange with amazon as they said it's fulfilled on them so we ended up with multiple different instructions on how to proceed; but fortunately we were able to get things working well enough and returned the faulty device so things are okay for now) It's a simple concept, but an appreciated gesture for a loved one who is far away.----------------------------------------------I got this for my mom for Christmas since all of us are now spread throughout the country. We've got 4 lamps now in 3 different states, however hers continues to never work. She got a replacement lamp and it still doesn't work. We'd love to deduce where the troubleshooting primary problem is, but even after requesting customer service call her to walk her through, they just keep sending the same instructions on how to troubleshoot which continues to end up having the same problems.All they do is copy and paste the same troubleshooting instructions, all of which have been followed, and now we're in a predicament. Really disappointed that nobody can just help her resolve this or identify what the issue is. Perhaps there's a modem or router issue, but until someone actually takes time to view this specific situation the problem will persist. Disaster and disappointing Christmas gift, which has caused more frustration than joy...

I purchased a lamp for myself and one for my best friend who lives thousands of miles away from me. Our friendship lamps make us feel like we're much closer and we use our lamps daily. I love our little lamps and highly recommend them - they make the perfect gift!

**update 8/1: I am updating to say what professional customer service this company has. They saw this review and was very proactive to fix the problem as best as they can. They have good customer service and stand behind their product. So added a second star. They are sending a replacement and I will update the review after I receive it.*original*I loved the idea of this light. We travel all over the world and the company assured me I could it it anywhere. My family misses us so much. This would have spanned time and space.Alas, it’s a piece of junk. I guess some things are better as concepts. Software is not user friendly, complicated to set up, tons of software glitches, and troubleshooting section is sparse. Even refers to itself for help. Like “if this is happening to your lamp, see the troubleshooting section.” Or “you can contact customer support” and no link or info how to do that. That’s all you get. Not even worth the price.So I got it connected and set up properly useing the app, but then tried to connect a second lamp to my group, and a smorgasbord of other issues and glitches came up. I got mine fixed and then they did an software update and that missed up my whole account.I never got to use the lamp. My lamp is stuck on one color- not resettable not connected to anything.I even tried Resetting the lamp to factory settings- you have to hold down the button for 2-3 min and then it MIGHT reset… good luck holding your finger there that long. Mine didn’t even reset after double that. (See photo)Customer support is great, but it should not be this complicated for the price I paid.. just to set it up. Overpriced LED. Edited:Following a lengthy conversation with the seller through their website. The issues described below were solved and then some. Customer support truly went above and beyond with the assistance they provided and were incredibly quick to respond. I don't often change my mind, but LuvLink support has very much done right by me.(Previous)Bought this originally as a gift for my girlfriend and I who are long distance at the moment for a thoughtful Christmas gift. Hers arrived no problem. The proper and current version of the LuvLink branded light. Packaging was all correct and everything. Far from the experience I had when I bought the same exact item for myself so we could link them. 2 times in a row I was sent a generic / unbranded version of the light that does not work at all. Incredibly disappointed in the seller and now I have to wait significantly longer to purchase the item directly from the manufacturer's website. Will not be purchasing from this seller again.

We already had 2 to keep our twin boys connected to their grandparents that live 3 hours away, and to keep me connected to my parents. We then wanted my brother, the twins’ uncle, to be in on this continuous connection. We got him the single to add to our group. We love + value this easy way to show one another we are thinking about each other. We mainly tap it as we rock our boys to sleep as a “goodnight” to everyone. So special.

As someone in a long distance relationship, I purchased the lamps in hope to feel more connected to my partner when it's physically not possible. I must say I fell in love with the lamps! First of all, they look clean and aesthetic and fit every interior. Second, the setup took me less than 5 minutes and via the app I can access the lamps and check what is going on. I recommend agreeing with your partner on a color code and so you can send each other hidden messages and level up the relationship! I can absolutely recommend these lamps for anyone who wants to be in touch with someone who isn't physically close. 10/10 + amazing customer service.

I absolutly love this product! I don't usually write reviews but I had to for this one.I bought them for my grandsons, age 5 and 3. Easy enough for them to use on their own. They live a significant drive away. They are too young to Face Time or Zoom on their own and their parents are busy, busy, to do so often. The lamps allow us to send each other lots of "huggs", whenever we like. Especially great staying connected, helping me get through Pandemic lock down.They are sold individually but you do need to purchase at least two.

Preis ist aber meiner Meinungen nach überzogen, wenn man sich das Material anschaut.Die Anleitung ist offensichtlich mit dem Google-Übersetzer aus der Originalsprache erst in Latein und dann erst ins Deutsche übersetzt worden.Außerdem wurden bei Lieferung noch knapp 8,09 € Zollgebühren fällig!Also aufpassen, wer denkt, dass er ein Schnäppchen macht.
