How many ohms are these speakers? Even the Rockville site doesn't say.

Normally speakers of this size are set to about 8 ohms due to the 1000 watt amp built in. I am basing my findings from the watts that the speakers can handle and divide this by total of AC volts. If the math is right that I came up to 12.1 ohms. All pro audio speakers should be able to handle between 8 to 16 ohms Speaker Impedance.

Do i need to buy more cords to or equipment to plug my phone in?

Yes, you would need a 3.5mm to 2-Male RCA Adapter Audio Stereo Cable. Connect one end to your phone headphone jack and the other end to the RCA input on the main speaker. What would be the connection for my controller to these two powered speakers then to two powered 15'' subs?

XLR (3 Pin) for Speakers or Microphones is what I use to go from my mixer to sub, out of sub then left to one speaker and right to another. These Speakers can also use the typical mono audio (Red, White) cables as well. I use Hosa and LyxPro

Would these speakers be good for a small bar?

Yes they work really good. Mine are still going strong. I do have two 15 subs in my setup and have done 75+ with no complaints. I also do karaoke with them and they work really good and crystal clear. I use one of them in my house and my neighbor across the street asked me to turn down the bass. Lol I didn't even have it pass half capacity. So i will recommend these.
