A great iPad holder
This product is great at holding my iPad mini. The velcro system made me wary - I used the screws to mount the velcro to the wall. So far it's been holding on strong!

You are NOT moving this once you have placed it
I don't know whether to put this in the "win" category or not but the adhesion for this product (between the stick strip that goes on the wall and the mount, itself, is ridiculous. Let me explain: I put this in the kitchen so I could watch the news or Netflix or Prime while I baked and did kitchen chores. I had hoped to be able to move the mount around so I could do the same in different rooms but it was clear that the stick-strip was not meant to be moved. No problem. I could get additional strips (I thought) and just move the mount around. NO WAY. When trying to remove the mount from the stick-strip, it literally ripped the paint off the kitchen wall. All right, I thought. I put the strip back up with Tite-Bond and let it cure overnight. I attached the mount and laptop to it the next afternoon and all went fine UNTIL I attempted to take the mount off the stick-strip. This time, it ripped the plaster off the wall. I'm debating whether or not to use the screw mount to put it up but the force of adhesion between the mount and the stick-strip is so great that any attempts to detach them have caused lasting damage (I'm renovating the kitchen anyway so I don't really care - I can fix the wall - but renters and others who are NOT planning such activities might want to think twice about putting this on a wall. If you're wondering why I don't just mount it and leave it alone it's because putting the laptop into the mount while it is on the wall is difficult as the spring in the mount has a tendency to snap back while trying to insert the computer. So, I dunno... it will DEFINITELY hold whatever you put in it wherever you originally mount it. Just don't attempt to remove either part of the product once it's been placed.
