AirCloud Cloud Air Mattress, Queen, Cream-Orange

I have bought a few of these air mattresses. The first one lasted with moderate use and a rambunctious toddler for close to 5mths. I bought three after that and was sooo disappointed. First, the dimensions were different from the original. It wasn't as high and was just, different. I think they may have lowered the quality of the material because none of the other ones Lasted past three weeks if that without getting a hole. And don't bother patching a hole because anrothe will very shortly pop up somewhere else. I also need to mention the seems running vertically across can disconnect from each other and form a huge bubble in the mattress. I loved this mattress this first time but now would never recommend or repurchase.

I bought this for a week long trip to visit a friend, and it served its purpose pretty well. The pump works quickly, and I used it a lot as I deflated the mattress every morning. It's about as comfortable as an air mattress can be and held air well. My one callout - it really is big. After I got it, it occurred to me that rarely does one care to SHARE an air mattress, and I probably should have gotten a twin-size, as this is hard to find a place where it will comfortably fit. Second - I DO NOT GET how people say they buy these things and sleep on them as their real bed. It is nowhere near comfortable enough for that. But - it was a good buy overall.

Pending the purchase of a bed for my unfurnished apartment, I researched Amazon and for the price, this air mattress seemws like a good choice. It was comfortable and only needed to have a bit of air added every 4-5 days - not a major inconvenience with their plug-in pump (which I prefer over the battery operated versions). I really didn't pay much attention to the warranty issue as the reviews were generally positive. Then, last night, a VERY loud BOOM as I rolled over. Apparently, one of the seams in the cover broke loose, made a huge noise, and now I have a very large bulge across the mattress - that would be great if I had a broken leg and needed to have it elevated! I checked on the Amazon site and received the message that essentially advised that I was 10 days out of warranty. I would have expected more than 40 days of use....I cannot recommend this air mattress for anything more than casual use, a day or two at a time, perhaps until you hit the fatal 40 day mark!

Update: After 2 mos of continuous use, I must unfortunately downgrade this mattress from 5 to 2 stars due to catastrophic failure and delamination of at least 2 internal lateral baffles connecting the top and bottom surfaces--- one at the headrest and one near the midsection. These failures result in sizeable bulges in the pillowtop, loss of shape, and definite loss of sleep comfort. I believe this is the same problem experienced by a previous reviewer who described it as a seam breaking loose. If any more of these baffles come loose, the entire top surface will bulge at the middle and become unusable.Original review: Great mattress. Needs to be pumped up every week or two but only takes less than a minute to do so with the provided 110vac pump. Should be protected with a fairly heavy-weight mattress cover if you have cats around.

I originally gave this bed a 5 star review for comfort, but like others have found this bed does not hold up. Worse yet the MFG does not stand behind thier warranty. After about 70 days of sleeping on it every night, the chambers started to fail one by one for about a week till it finally blew out. Since this mattress was under a 90 day warranty, I contacted the MFG listed in the instructions. First by e-mail with pictures, and after no response, by phone. The person who answered had a heavy Chinese accent, and said they got my e-mail and indicated that they would send out a new one, no charge. After a week, no mattress, I e-mailed asking for a tracking number, no response. Called again, left a message, no callback. I tried one more time and the same person answered and indicated that they just sent it. I asked for a tracking number and they said thier computer was broken and they would send it when it got fixed the next day. Guess what, no e-mail and no matteress. Don't buy this mattress, it's junk.

I had this for a good two months before it got a hole which I cannot find. My other biggest complain was that it was always extremely hot, even lying on the bottom. I've used several air mattresses that were not hot at all. Other than that, it was quite comfortable and only needed to be refilled once a week with daily use.

I bought this air mattress because my Coleman had a slow leak and would deflate overnight with any weight on it. I decided to replace it for upcoming guests but needed a good deal. This was perfect. It inflates quickly (no more hand pump for me!!), takes down quickly with the pump, and stayed firm all night. My guests liked the height and all 3 of them have said they slept soundly. The first guest we had for 3 nights and he said he slept more soundly than he has in a long time. I don't know if that's because of the quality of the air mattress, but take that how you will. Our other guests said they slept well and had no complaints. They were impressed with the size and comfort level also. I would highly recommend this as a great deal in a queen sized air mattress.
