BEST BARBELL PAD!!
Lately, I've been doing a lot of squatting at the gym and at home. So I decided to get myself a barbell pad because the barbell really digs into my skin when I'm doing squats. This pad is honestly so amazing! It covers from shoulder to shoulder (its length) & it fits perfectly around the barbell and is secured by velcro.That is why I am so thankful that I purchased this pad. It has kept my skin looking & feeling great. Also, it's far better than the ones at the gym.However, I want to add that this pad it very small on the bar so I wouldn't recommend squatting over 175-ish lbs with it because the foam inside isn't large enough to handle that much weight comfortably. Meh you get what you pay for
Never cheap out on things like these. I use these as cushioning for barbell hip thrust. It demands using very heavy weights and unfortunately the foam in this product broke down very quickly. Spend the extra $10 and get something a little more resilient

Bought this for my girlfriend for squats.The bar was hurting her shoulders at the gym, so I bought this for her. Not only did it help, but she was able to go even heavier. She no longer hurts her shoulders and is very satisfied.
