This tree is absolutely realistic & lovely. It fits perfectly as I needed a tree not as wide as we have limited space with my very small living room, a lot of trees are too bulky/wide. It is looks like a super full noble fir, there are no bald spots. Is an excellent price point. as this brand tends to be pricey. I am super fussy, this is a keeper for sure. If you have a heavy tree topper the top it is a bit more soft at the top since the branches are super realistic throughout, I decided to forgo the old heavy hand blow glass Italian topper I had, and it actually looks better without the topper, however there are stabilizers you could find here on amazon if you insist on a topper, hmmm maybe I will hunt for and put a pretty bow on top instead. Fear not the branches are plenty firm on the sides for your heavy ornaments (believe me I have many very heavy ornaments). Enjoy this tree people, it is now part of my tradition and I hope it lasts forever it is so pretty:)!!

Tree is artificial and a little bare in spots if you don’t fluff or dress it up with lots of ornaments. But, the best part is it’s high quality, and the packaging is fantastic. Don’t need to keep box as it comes with high quality bag to store it in.

This is our first artificial tree and there's no denying it isn't the same as having a real one! That being said, it is a perfect size and looks nice, no weird odors and not even that prickly (although they do send gloves for set up.) We chose to put our own lights on so that, of course, adds time for set up but the "fluffing" took ages compared to what other people describe as "up in five minutes" for other brands. Maybe it allows for more options for the branches? We have not yet had to take it down so I can't speak to that...overall, I'm pleased!

The media could not be loaded. I looked for a long time, comparing reviews and debating on spending the money. My old tree was looking ragged. I didn’t go with the prelit for cost and reliability reasons. Many reviews for prelit you will find have troubles. I wanted a realistic looking tree and that is exactly what this one will give you. I went with the Unlit 6 feet and it doesn’t disappoint! I love it!!

Admired and desired to own a Balsam for a long time but couldn’t afford one. Spent 3 years looking for close in quality affordable option everywhere - - not to be found. I had given up completely as no amount of ornaments can conceal a flimsy cheap fake. Stumbled on this on Amazon after visiting the Balsam website. I’m so pleased with this realistic high quality 6’ tree. It is everything I desired and more and so glad I bought the unlit saving so much! Besides I like the old traditional lights as I have Victorian ornaments for the look of an old fashioned Christmas. Highly recommend spreading the branches of each layer as you go for added realism. Time consuming 1st year as Balsam notes but time well spent. For the person complains about the different material towards center that all artificial trees have, it blends perfectly and makes it all the more realistic. So pleased with myself for buying this tree! It is an investment that can be handed down. It is slightly narrower and perfectly proportioned to height and perfect size to place anywhere I desire as broader base would limit my options. Glad I didn’t settle for “cheap” looking and held out for Balsam! Thank you Balsam Hills for making a version for us with tight budgets!!!

I was so excited to get a real Balsam Hill tree! I didn't read the correct description to see it is plastic. It looks so fake I'm don't know how anyone is excited to get one. I opened the box and returned it before I even took it out of the box. Yes, it was my mistake but I don't want anyone else to make the same mistake.

Looks great. Easy to assemble. Easy to store bag. Not too tall. Even with no ornaments or lights it can almost fool you that it's real.The shipping box was kind of beat up and looked like it might have been opened and returned - but it was not. Everything inside was fine.

Took out for Chrismas this year. Almost fell over. It looks fake. To late to send back. We will use outdoors next year.
