Werewolves Within - PlayStation VR

This game is the most awesome game I've played in a while. I've had so much fun getting to know the community and I'm so glad I decided to jump on this one. The game is great, the players are great, you are great, so join in and have some fun with us. =)This is a social/party game for 6-8 players with the goal of finding out who the werewolves are and try not eliminate one of your own. It's a really good game with a great premise and it is tons of fun. I spend hours at a time playing this. If you want to get a feel for it, look up some gameplay video streams online. It's so much fun and you really feel like you're sitting around with friends playing a game, sometimes with drinks involved, lol.The only real downside to this game is that there aren't enough people playing it so the community is kind of small and at times it can take a while to get a match going, but if you check the lobbies website you can see how many games are on and even track peak times and days to play so you know when to login. But really the easiest fix is for more people to buy this and play. It's really a lot of fun, especially when you have a full group. So get this, come play with us, and tell all your friends to get it, too. You won't regret it. It's so so so much fun.Warning: it's addictive. ;) I frequently lose track of time while playing and cannot stop playing it either. Even when I realize I've been up all night playing and it's already daylight out, if others are still on, I keep playing, because it is just that much fun. =)

This was the biggest waste/borderline scam I have ever come across. What a way to let a little boy down after Christmas, but to have the game he was excited to play, be unplayable because no one else in the world is playing it. At most, this game records seeing 12 people online. You need 5 to make a game. Do not waste your money on this game. Had I known this is how it was going to be, I would have demanded a refund for it right away. It is the same as selling a non working game

The game I received was indeed a new copy of werewolves within PSVR. The issue is that once I loaded the game there was extreme difficulty in finding any server.I did a quick google search to find out if there was anyone playing this game anymore. I found a Reddit page with my answer. There was a website posted on the forum and the link sent me to an active tracker for this game that will show how many people at any given time are online and playing the game. The tracker showed me that only 2 people in the world are currently on the game. I was one of those two.The game is a multiplayer only game which requires a minimum of five players. This means that unless you and your friends all own this game and play it together, this game is unplayable. Unfortunate — considering I’ve heard good things about this game. Werewolves Within is a “dead game” for there is not a player base. I only wish I could’ve played it to experience it, but I’m feeling forced to return it. I’d rather send it back than own a game that I cannot play.To summarize, I’d suggest only to buy this game if you and several other friends intend to purchase a copy to play together. If you just want the game for yourself to play, you won’t be able to.Only giving a one star review due to this being a dead game. I assume it was better when people played it.***do yourself a favor and buy a game that you can play***

Never really got to play. Download disc to PS4 and it’s states that you are required to have a Ubisoft account as a requirement to play. That is not mentioned anywhere on description page nor game case. Who wants to keep creating useless accounts for nonsense companies, getting a ridiculous amount of spam emails just to play a game? Not me. I literally just wanted to play the game. Had I known this beforehand, I would’ve never purchased the game.

Werewolves Within is an adaptation of the popular social deduction games in which you are required to guess other players' secret roles.I am new to such a type of game, and it seems to work well in VR. Some players are required to disguise their true identities (i.e. lie) and playing online would seemingly make this difficult, but not so much in VR. Being in a virtual reality setting allows people to speak to each other over voice chat and also emote using preset animations. The game puts players of ALL VR platforms together so there is a bigger userbase to pull from- Even so, there are times you may have to wait a while to find a game. Games are quick, experiences are varied (depending on the type of people you are playing with). It's certainly fun once you get the hang of it, and it's one of the more social video games I've ever played.I just wish you would be able to use the PlayStation Move controllers to freely move your hands about.Only 4 stars because there's no Move functionality, it's occasionally buggy, and it feels as if there could be a couple different roles or max number of players (maybe if there's ever a Werewolves 2 followup?).

I was skeptical about this game. For the price, I decided to take a chance on this game and buy it. I was pleasantly surprised that this was a great game! Ive had so many laugh out loud moments with this game that I bought it digitally as well. This game has a small but strong community of players on the PS4.Although I do not consider myself a social gamer, I did not feel out of place playing this game with strangers. As a matter of fact, I believe that playing this game with strangers is what makes this game so exciting!Give this game a try and you won't regret your decision!

Item was perfect but I hate that I can't play with my family at home. Thought I could wear the VR headset and then my family could play along with me at home but it's only a 1 player game unless playing with other PS4 owners online.

This game is so cool in so many aspects! I've played such a game in real life before, but that usually ends up hurting relationships, and it takes way too long. This, on the other hand, allows you to play with real people, and yet have fun at it, without the stress or fear of hurting anyone :P What more, it's in VR! :D

Really bad game. Sit for ages waiting for anough people to start a game and have to awkwardly make conversation. Not suitable for all ages as suggested. Game tells you nothing about what it is on box and to top it off because it is American rated you cannot trade in at game or cex.Tried once or twice and as can't return cause opened packet to try it, and can't exchange it's sitting for sale on Facebook but apparently noone but me is stupid enough to buy a game that has no summary on the back.
