DoveNourising Amplifier Mousse, 12.7 Ounce

Easy to use, is a soft feeling mousse, not sticky and makes my hair feel soft. I have been unable to purchase this at my local stores; they seem to have discontinued carrying it. So glad I could find it online, this has been the best mousse for my hair in years. Helps to keep my hair in place after styling.

It is not 12 oz as advertised, only 7 oz.

Love this moose, my hair is so manageable and easy to style when I have the moose in my hair.

I have 26" naturally curly hair that is cut into layers, when my favorite mousse was no longer produced I tried this one. It is fantastic, but there definitely is an application method to be used for curly hair. Anyone interested can comment on this and I'll explain. Once my hair dries there is a slight crunch to it, I simply crunch out the crunch, if that makes sense. It does not leave any flakes and my hair never comes out frizzy unless I missed a spot when applying it. I am left with soft, shiny manageable curls that I am complimented on all the time. I even have this item setup on auto delivery.

I suspect this item was used. Upon opening the box I was surprised the mousse didn't have a top to cover the dispenser. Looking closer I see dry mousse on the tip. It's a bad feeling when you think you are buying a new product and get a used one. Bad business hazmat (seller).

It is good if you are using it as a solo hair-styling product. When I try to use it in combination with thermal protectant spray, the results are not good. Overall I am satisfied with the purchase. It leaves the hair soft. Make sure to blow-dry as soon as you apply the product. I have thin, shoulder length, frequently dyed hair, a small amount of mousse works pretty well on my moist hair.

I've used this before and love the volume it gives but the can I got from Amazon arrived with a broken nozzle. I didn't realize this until much later - at first it was dispensing fine, just very slowly...after a few uses the whole top just came off. Good product just make sure yours is intact when you get it!
