Product is effective for the short term. It does not cure psoriasis. If you stop using it, psoriasis reoccurs. The selling price is extremely high. The price was selling in the past for at least 60 % less than the current market price. There are other products on the market that have the same results for less than half the cost. The active ingredient which they are not showing customers is coal tar. Any product with coal tar helps psoriasis. I would only recommend this product if the price was comparable to other coal tar products.
