Lasts only a couple of years before the illumination just stops working. I had four in a row, where the illumination burns out and then you need to keep a flashlight handy to read the temperature settings. There is no possible way to repair the unit, you are forced to purchase a new unit only to have the replacement burn out in one to two years. Oh, and warranty issues? This product is only warrantied though a licensed HVAC contractor. No service for a homeowner, just a contractor.
