I love Magsoothe. Any time I'm having a hard time going to sleep I mix this up and I usually fall asleep very quickly. I do have friends that have tried it so it varies in its effectiveness from person to person but for me and my husband it is a life saver.

4/1/25 Update: I reached out to Jigsaw because I have enjoyed their product as it helps me sleep as part of my bedtime routine, after working a 12 hour night shift. I sent them photos and they agreed to replace my order.With that in mind I've increased my rating to 4 stars for great customer service and generally being the most effective mag powder for me at bedtime. I've tried cheaper options and they do work; but just not as well, and sleep is a premium when you work at night.Original review:I have ordered this multiple times in the past and have generally enjoyed the product. This time it showed up and the outer packaging was undamaged, but when I opened it up and poured it out, there was magnesium powder all over the single packets and many were flat or torn. At this price point, this is completely unacceptable

Tasted Great! And it absolutely works to stop the pain in my legs. I take it daily and if I forget to take it the pain returns, but if i take it there's no discomfort.

I like this magnesium more than others because it doesn't have an "odd" sweet taste, and it seems effective. I do plan to buy this again.

Brilliant product. I have been using this for a few years and it is one of the best products I have used. I use it after a day of playing pickleball, before I go to sleep. It definitely supports me falling asleep, and when I wake up, I can feel the difference in my muscles. Highly recommended. Note, please don’t think this is some sort of sleeping meds. It helps relax you, and that support falling asleep easier. The primary purpose is helping your muscles recover. That it does fantastically well.

My dietician recommended this brand to help with my perimenopausal sleep issues. This stuff is magic. I'm not a huge fan of the 'fizz' aspect, but it works so well, I don't care. If you're struggling with sleep, this stuff is worth every penny.
