My husband bought this for me for Christmas 2021. I used 6 times over 6 months while traveling for work. It stopped heating and never worked again. Total bummer for that price point. Would not recommend.

Loved the steamer! It works great and is a perfect size.The only issue I have is when traveling in Europe, I found it hard to find “distilled water” to fill it with.From what I read in the instructions, they recommended not using tap water.If you are concerned about going over on the weight limits for your luggage, I wouldn’t take it on a trip. Just use the iron provided at your hotel.

I was excited to have a great travel steamer and figured if I invested the $100 for one that it would last me a long time. Oh how wrong I was. This thing won’t even turn on correctly now. When I open the handle, I am unable to turn steamer on. The button literally does nothing. However, when I bend the handle partially back towards its storage position, I am somehow able to use the button to it on. But then when I go to use it, if I put the handle back in its normal in-use state, the steamer turns off. This appears to be some kind of electrical wiring issue within the steamer and it’s absolutely worthless and unusable. I also encountered the same leaking issues everyone else is mentioning. I know this thing looks super cute and you probably saw someone on Instagram share it for Prime Day deals, but learn from my mistake and DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY ON IT!!!

I’m gonna start with: I was looking for the perfect steamer for quite some time and i’m happy i found one. It was delivered today and i tried it almost immediately. The steamer is legit. It gets really hot fast and works amazing on the fabric by taking out all the wrinkles quick and easy. The only thing is that it gets really hot so u have to be careful while using it, do not direct the steamer towards your other hand or skin while the steam is coming out of it or it will burn, otherwise is the perfect steamer. Beautifully designed and light weighted as well. Great for travel. Is roughly 1 lbs and it comes with a little velvety bag to store it. It has also a handle base as a cool off stand to place it while is hot. Well, i think i said it all. It’s worth the money.

Stylish, small, easy.I had issues with my first Kexi unfortunately due to malfunction or something.But after talking to Kexi customer service they helped me and sent a new one - and I really like this product.I am so grateful that it’s small so that it’s easy to bring in your cabin bag or when you’re flying it doesn’t take up space/are too heavy.

We use this steamer every single day and it's holding up great! Easy to use, easy to store, can't go wrong with this purchase!

Bought it two years ago for a Vacation trip. Rarely used it ever since. Took it with me again to another vacation recently and it started spilling a brown burn liquid. It stain my clothes. Not sure if it's rust or something else, but sad to see this malfunction after only a few uses.

I’m in the resale business and a silk dress I ordered came really wrinkled, and it made me realize that I could use a steamer for my business instead of throwing things into the dryer and hoping for the best. Really made a huge difference on such a delicate fabric. I would recommend this to anyone!

Was slightly tricky to figure out but produced the best steam on first and second use. The third time I went to use it, it heated up but would not produce any steam. I’ve tried multiple times and it doesn’t work. I’ve thrown out the box so can’t return. It was highly recommended and I was so excited about the initial results. Very disappointing.

The first one we received unfortunately did not work - however once we reached out, they replaced it free of charge! Would give it 5***** if the first one had worked!
