IRONMAN H-Class 810XLT Power Cage with 800Lbs of Real Weight Capacity

This is an excellent rack for the price. It came well packed in one box with no damage of any kind. All the parts were included and the directions were clear and easy to follow. It took maybe an hour and half to assemble by myself. I do recommend using a socket and box wrench rather than the included wrenches. If you don't have them, it will still work, it will just take longer.The quality control is excellent! The paint and powder coating is smooth and uniform, holes have no burrs and everything squared up just right.Once assembled and all bolts are tightened this rack is very stable without being attached to the floor. Pull up bar is a little low if you're a taller person but that is to be expected with all racks for people over 6 feet.All in all, for this price you absolutely will not be able to beat this rack. Unless you are a serious power lifter who is squatting 800 pounds this is more than enough rack. An average lifter will be able to get a lifetime of solid use out of it.Update: Now that I've used it a few times, I have to warn taller people that the upper support across the back is in the way when racking or lifting off the bar for squats. I'm 6'3" and it's right at my face level. I ended up removing it, there's really no way to adjust or correct this problem. With all the bolts really tight there is very little lateral wiggle without that support. There is no front to back wiggle at all which I feel is more important. That said, still an amazing rack at this price.

I just received this yesterday, put it together today, and did a few bench reps. First impressions, I can't say enough great things about it. I was originally in the market for a squat/bench combo with spotters and never even imagined I could afford a rack considering i always see them advertised for $600+. On a whim, I searched amazon and came upon this great looking unit. The reviews helped me make the choice and for the price, I just couldn't say no.It arrived in perfect shape. It took me literally 20-30 mins to remove every part and recycle all the cardboard they used to keep every edge safe. Needless to say, I was impressed. Installation was straight forward. It just took a good couple of hours putting it together because I did it solo. The hand tools were great but boy were my hands were hurting after from hand tightening those bolts. I would definitely recommend using a socket wrench. I unfortunately did not have that size. And oddly, one of the bolts had a circular head. Didn't stop me from using it but it did seem like a mistake.Although I had to buy a separate bench and spend a little more, I'm able to incorporate a lot more workouts than I would've been limited to with a squat/bench combo such as military press, shoulder shrugs, squats, inclines, declines, squats, deadlift, etc all in one spot. I also like rack for the spotters. It makes me feel safer working out alone. Although my basement ceiling is a little short, I like the pull up bar addition.Would absolutely recommend this to my friends. Awesome value!

I'm not sure how you could beat this cage for the price. I've been researching racks for a while, even scanning for local used equipment, and I never found anything with this quality for the price.The box showed up a little abused, but that's to be expected for a package weighing 148lbs. The packing was good, except they used blocks of Styrofoam in places, which got pulverized and left those annoying static-cling pieces on everything. Only one piece had a very minor gouge, but it isn't bothering me at all.Assembly was a breeze. It would definitely be easier with two people, but I had no problem getting it together myself. Everything went together very smoothly. The pieces are tight, but nothing needed to be "persuaded" into position. The nuts and bolts all had a little grease on them, so things can get a bit slimy. Do yourself a favor and get a 17mm ratcheting wrench and/or socket if you don't have one - you will save yourself a LOT of time.Once assembled, this thing feels rock solid. I will never come close to using the max weight this thing can handle, but for my purposes it is perfect. This cage feels better than many others at twice the price, plus it has a much more versatile pull-up bar than most other cages.The only minor thing I would add is some plastic caps for the nuts, just so no one scratches themselves on one. But I'm really nitpicking on that.As of this writing, it's "Currently Unavailable" so I might have lucked out with a short-term deal. Hopefully this comes back soon so more people can enjoy it!

This was a limited time steal for the price. I took a chance and bought it when it had no reviews. Thank goodness it was legit, because its impossible to ship back. Speaking of witch, the box was beat to all hell and stuff was falling out. A couple pieces were broken but they were just the plastic bumpers. (not essential for function) I have to say I was impressed with the sturdiness and quality solid steel. Putting it together was a breeze, definitely get a socket for your hand drill though cuts time in half. I will be modifying mine by drilling/mounting it into the concrete in my garage for added support. It rocks slightly from side to side. It works fantastic for bench and deadlift. Squats is when it gets a little sketchy. Keep in mind I use relatively heavy weight. 300 plus. It can easily sustain that but i will just feel more confident/safer and be able to go rough once mounted.The only thing I'm not crazy about is the hooks and bars, they kind of skimped on the quality on those. They do the trick, but just are not that durable or secure. All in all for the price I feel it is one of the best bench/cages on amazon.
