Brother 100 Stitch Computerized Sewing Machine CE1008

This is a major upgrade for me. I’m still learning all the bells and whistles but so far it works wonderfully. It’s much quieter than other machines I’ve heard. The fabric glides through smoothly.I had to replace my 20-year-old machine. This one isn’t complicated but there are features I have no idead how to use, lol. So if you’re like me I’d recommend reading the manual and/or keeping it handy.

I bought this based on the reviews and description. This was for a gift and it has worked very well for all that is used for. I liked the easiness of the way it works.

I haven't used a sewing machine since 8th grade home ec. This is very user friendly and great for the price.... something I see myself growing into as I get better.

It fail until first moth, now i have an step on paper

This sewing machine was purchased over 3 years ago and it's been a great machine to learn on. First of all, I bought this exact same machine, same model number from Walmart for 129.97 plus tax. I am so unimpressed with this machine! I bought a brother based on weeks of reviewing and thought this would be a good place to start. The machine works fine as long as you don't use any of the complicated stitches, then it seems to lose it's cool. I wouldn't waste my money on this, spend a little more and get a better machine.

I love it! So easy to learn, thread, and use. Very user friendly. I bought two more for my daughters birthday gifts - and they love and use them.

Good little machine. I am very hard on machines and this machine has lasted for a couple of years with me. My husband bought me an expensive Brother and this machine seems to do all of the functions that the expensive one does. I will admit that the decorative stitches on my less expensive machine have lost some of their precision but that is okay because I use them infrequently. My sewing needs are basically forward, backward and zig zag; this machine does all of those stitches well. If somehow wreck the machine, it is priced so that I can get a replacement which is cheaper than having a machine repaired.
